Hotel is in a good location. Close to most places we wanted to visit. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Good vibes from the place.

It’s centraly located in Hyderabad city, nearby secretariat, railway station and airport flyover and etc. well maintained rooms and other facilities are also good. It is my opinion.

The room is spacious. Furniture was good. Comfortable bed and ac worked well. Staff was polite and supportive. To get 5star rating they should provide a kettle, ensure floor is cleaned and mopped before giving the keys to customer. I was disappointed with the complimentary breakfast.

Location good. Food quality is good but 5 star rates. Amenities okay. Service poor. Only buffet (breakfast/lunch and dinner) is available in the restaurant. For information one cup of coffee is rs 200- in the restaurant.

It was my first experience with my loved one. Ambiance, food, room cleanliness, ample space for parking made it a great stay, recommended.

Overall it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly. The incubation meal was good, but the entree was not good. The bed seems a little old.
