Overall it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly. The incubation meal was good, but the entree was not good. The bed seems a little old.

Best Western Ashoka in Hyderabad is located near to all major attractions in the city - all within 5/6 kilometres range. We had a nice experience staying in BWA with all amenities provided for - however - we did face initial issue in hot water availability but service desk helped in that. Keeping 1 star due to this and also no welcome drinks or anything at the time of check-in. Front desk must give attention to the guests specially long distance travellers. I must give full marks to the restaurant Rasa that BWA has - glass partitioned kitchen, tasty food with nice presentation, good service - what else you need!! The travel desk at BWA is also good and guests can avail their services for Srisailam or nearby places.

Housekeeping was good rooms were cleant and they took good care of needs. Thanks to the staff Sanjana Madhuri and Kumari. Will visit soon Food service also was good with good food. Some items were not available but in room breakfast has better options

Excellent service with house keeping staff , food , room service and general services. Specially I would like to mention Madhuri and sanjana. Location is good , connectivity is good .staff interaction is good. Staff are very receptive .They are prompt and courteous in responding to our requests.

Everything was good. Food was great. I loved that they served different types of breakfast everyday. The room was cleaned first thing in the mornig. Every time Housekeeping including madhuri and kohini were courteous and helpful. Overall the experience is great

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Shewanti the housekeeping supervisor was very good. Madhusmita the desk attendant gave a very good service. Kamari was very friendly and cleaned my room very well.

Stayed at Best Western Ashoka at Hyderabad from 1st March to 6th. Stay was wondetful. Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and caring. House keeping staff Madhuri ,Teena znd Kaushik ensured the cleaniless of the room Location of the room was excellent centrally located.
