The rooms are very small and basic
No space for extra bed, if bed is put room looks very cramped. Not suitable for families only business travelers

Need to better maintain plant. Dusty atmosphere.
Small and poorly designed standard rooms.
Great location and relaxing fountains.
Pool is large but cold water. They made us wear shower caps and take shower with super chilled water before entering the pool. Only 4 pool beds in entire resort.

Amazing stay. Service and food were very good. Arranging airport transport through the hotel was easy, the drivers were great. Pradeep and Atib at the front desk were so helpful throughout the week. Ravi at breakfast was great. Rahul at the spa was so welcoming and helped setup a deep tissue massage. Highly recommend that, the spa is incredible. Thank you all for making the trip special. I will be back when I visit again for work.

The Hyatt Gachibowli was recommended by a colleague and I must say, I had the best stay. Hyderabad is known for its food but most of it is way too spicy for me. The in room dining was the best, they customized the food as per my palate and that was super helpful. Service was quick as well. They didn't keep me waiting each time I ordered. The front desk staff were great, truly commendable and I'd like to mention Atip and Rupal who assisted me during my stay. They provided me with a pick up and drop to my office and the cabbies were always on time. Loved every bit of my stay. Will definitely visit again.

He was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my requests were met, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The stay was incredibly luxurious, and the hospitality was outstanding. I had such a relaxing time there. The food was delicious, and every meal exceeded expectations. The service was fantastic, and they really made sure I felt at home, outstanding service. It was definitely worth every penny, offering great value for an unforgettable experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.. everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The property is absolutely fantastic, and the staff is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. They are professional, prompt, and made me feel at home throughout my 15-day stay. A special mention goes to the amazing team at Collage Restaurant—Ravi, Tharun, Himani, Nishant, Naresh, and the rest of the team. Every one of them went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. Truly exceptional service!
