Wah Taj! Again, you have won my heart. Falaknuma Palace was surely a different royalty, but like I mentioned even while checking out "Different but Nice" Thanks to Prashant Gawade, I could stay here without a second thought. He indeed is my gateway to The Taj The welcome struck the right chord, right from the horse carriage person to Pranav who helped us check in. All the ones in the middle made us feel as comfortable and warm as home. The palace tour led by Mr Asif had left me awestruck and made me feel more connected to the property. Taj surely did take 15 years to restore and revamp but what a job, Taj can never go wrong. The food at Adaa & Celeste were impeccable and so satisfying, that we ended up overeating every meal. Thanks to the extra hospitality and courtesy extended by Santosh & Vishal. Those two assets of Falaknuma have Tajness running in their veins for sure. The bartender at Hookah Bar were super at their skills and made sure to have us hooked on. Another biggest delight during my stay was Laxmi, The Housekeeper. Awww, her smile had me melted always. She did her job to fab and was truly a sweetheart, making sure of my comfort. The momento of our photo at the entrance was super personalised and cute. I was compelled to give an extra brownie point for that special thought. It surely did count. The only thing I felt could be improved was that the Qawali team is so good and mesmerizing - why don't you all extend their performance by a bit atleast. 3 to 4 songs is too little and undermining them too coz by the audience is set, it's time for the band to wrap up. Summing it all up, you all have redefined royalty for me. Staying upto every standard of a palace hotel. You surely did transport us back to the royal days. You have won my heart and make me want to come back soon.

Totally Off The Scale. Never stayed anywhere like this. 2000ft above Hyderabad. It is like a different dimension. After arriving at the front gate you switch to a golf buggy or horse drawn carriage to approach the hotel. you are met by a ceremonial guard and walked up the main staircase while people throw rose petals from the roof. We arrived for Diwali so there was a short party outside with food and firecrackers which we watched the fireworks all around the city. An amazing and truly memorable experience. We tried two restaurants (both local cuisine) and both were outstanding

Luxury unlimited!! I came with my family to escape Delhi pollution and I was pampered everyday with the best food, entertainment, extremely efficient staff and A Palace that screams grandeur, royalty and nostalgia.The overall experience is so overwhelming that one cannot help but be consumed by it. I literally cried after 4 nights of stay because this became my warm nest , Home away from home. The palace is impeccably maintained. Do not miss the palace tour by ‘Mr Asif”. Indulge in the gym / yoga and Jiva spa.

My trip to Faluknuma was undisputedly the best vacation ever! The property is surreal & the staff is the most hospitable I’ve witnessed. Mr. Nasir - the manager at Celeste was extremely kind & made sure our dietary preference were always taken care of. He always kept a check on our special requests before meals & made the experience a lot more memorable. I’ve stayed at quite a few Taj properties but his approach towards ensuring our comfort was unmatched. The food ( esp Italian ) was so delicious - all thanks to the great chef Shrihari & his team. Would also want to mention about Raghavi & Nilesh who were always extremely approachable for all our requirements! The housekeeping team was nice enough to recheck a couple of times if we are having a comfortable stay & personally came to ask if we’ve any feedback or suggestions! The palace is surreal & the tour which Mr Asif gives takes you back to the times of the Nizaams Looking forward to having a next trip with my parents as well & meeting Mr Nasir & all the others :)
