1) rooms are smelly, no fresh air provision
2) no ro water available in hotel, even for guest paying and staying in hotel. You only need to buy at 50% higher price. 3) service staff lacks politeness and humbly. Staff not happy to serve their guest.

It's not 5 star / rating hotel it's 1 star hotel located in gully. Poor amenities, complimentary break fast doesn't have more. Options

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms are big. Improvement suggested - there isn’t enough lighting in toilet. Especially for shaving. Pols do the needful.

Really good hotel to stay, the staff is really sweet they fulfill all the requirements of ours in very short time. The room service needs quite improvement. And last thing is worth of money to stay

Overall it's good experience but there is no windows or ventilation in room no. 320 which they have given me. Natural ventilation is big problem.
