Their service is very poor for example i asked water but they did not bring it or delayed then i went outside & bring that also they have not changed the bed cover / bed sheet or kept it with old one

1) rooms are smelly, no fresh air provision
2) no ro water available in hotel, even for guest paying and staying in hotel. You only need to buy at 50% higher price. 3) service staff lacks politeness and humbly. Staff not happy to serve their guest.

It's not 5 star / rating hotel it's 1 star hotel located in gully. Poor amenities, complimentary break fast doesn't have more. Options

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms are big. Improvement suggested - there isn’t enough lighting in toilet. Especially for shaving. Pols do the needful.
