Positive points-room is good. Ac is ok, tv is ok. Water heater is ok. People are helping. Minus points - while entering first time i got cigar smoke for 2 to 3 hours in room. - no break past available in restaurant or supplied to room on request. Finally i am happy with the hotel.

We stayed one night, the hotel ambience and room was nice and the staff behaviour was good with us. Coming to the food it was very tasty and good quality.

cigarette smell in corridor and unhygienic rooms. 🪳 is there in all bathroom room picture is different than actual no clean towel provided lot of issues

Hotel staff was extremely rude. Unclean rooms. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Corridors smelled very bad. Guy at the reception did not care if i cancel-led my booking as mm t was involved. Don’t have pics as i already checked out.

Food was good. Rooms had lots of insects. Had to change room. Bed had bed bugs. Staffs are cooperative.

The hotel needs to have railings for the front steps, and cellar should have lift to facilitate people with disabilities. The restrooms are located on high pedestal, difficult for people with joint pains and the elderly.
