Around 20 mnts time taken for check in delay at the receptionist she was told that my booking is not reflecting in their asked me to wait later i approached makemy trip customer care the room has arranged

Room provided to me in new property where only am the occupant, other offline booking was provided in regular property, there is no power in new property. They were changed my room twice in night, i lost my airdrop in changing

Property is not clean and hygiene. No ventilation in rooms. Same breakfast menu is served everyday with any one item change.

The hotel was located nearby high and well maintained, the staff was good. The food was also good.

Terrible room, stained bed sheets, toilet flush was not working. Corridors were smelling smoke and felt like i was in a bar. This place is not family friendly. I would not encourage families to stay in this hotel. Make my trip goofed up on the room sizes. I booked 2 ac executive rooms for 4 adults. Where as i got 2 rooms with different sizes. I double occupancy and other single occupancy. Hotel refused to give me the right size of the room even after showing the booking details from mmt. Due to this miscommunication from mm t, i was denied breakfast that was included in the cost while booking. I need to be refunded for the inconvenience and unhygienic conditions of the hotel.
