Pros: Staffs are polite.Room size was perfect.
Cons: Bed mattress springs are broken, uncomfortable to sleep.
The toilets floor and tiles are very old style and stains all over.
Initially we planned to stay here for a week but moved to another nearby hotel(Opal residency) at half the price and better comfort.

This hotel area is very good location. But room cleaning so bad. Specially bathroom condition. Hotel reception staff good. Bathroom water heater not working. Telephone not working. Tv available in the room but set box not available that wise tv not working

Excellent service. Managed for mis booked dates from make my trip. In which confirmation from staff staff was need to mmt and eveything was very smooth.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Booked a three-bedded AC room. The room is quite large for 3 persons. The attached bath is very clear. The provisions are better than the room rent. Although the hotel do not have one restaurant, you will find 3 restaurants in the same or next building serving quality and economic food. The place is the highest attraction - it is situated in 1 minute walking distance to Nampally Metro Station. The Hydreabad railway station is about 500 metre from the Hotel. Cab, auto are available round the clock.

Good experience. The staff are polite and their service is exemplary. Room service could have been done better. Overall better experience. The hotel is easily accessible from all the major locations.
