My stay was for 2 nights & it was booked online thru Oyo and pd at hotel. No doubt this hotel is at central place but the experience was not satisfactory. We reached location around 09.00 am & check in time was 12 noon but they did not allow us early check in as we were tired in travelling and there was a room available. 2. In that 2 nights &day time nobody attended for water, cleaning etc. 3. The intercom was not working 4.The fan regulator was damaged hence fan was unmoved. 5. Lots of cockroaches all over room & bathroom (complaint thrice about sr no.2 to 5 but nobody attended the complaint and we faceed the problem.. 6.the gallery was dirty 7. Our check out timing was 11.00 as we were left early for sight seeing informing manager to keep our bags in clock room (which was so dirty n conjested ) and give some time to set our baggages and to get fresh as my wife was with me and we were supposed to move for the airport . When we came around 3 pm and requested 3/4 times to them to allow us to use any washroom but they were unmoved without any positive response. Then we went outside and uses public toilet . Then I realized that they might be welcoming Oyo guest in this manner and as per my experience with this Srujana stay Inn hotel which is not suitable for family where the management is careless with no humanity.
