Amenities are not provided. The swimming pool is not cleaned, washroom is having issues, serving plates are not cleaned, no hot water and no amenities are good

Good staff, helpful at all times
good restaurant food and good room service as well. Staff are good at their works. But the wifi doesn't have enough range in the room, no hot water, no tv recharge, nothing changes even after complaining. I think paying so much for every night stay the guest is worth of all the facilities and amenities. Kindly look into the matter, the only reason i live staying here is its so peaceful and greeny all around out of city noise pollution.

Good helping staff from security to the reception, good food too it really worth they also serve u as u wish as per your taste loved that thing. Always reciprocated very fast. Sandeep, srikanth and other reception guy is too helfull. Housekeeping ladies are so fast in work and neatly done everything. Only thing is the hotel need to be well-maintained for the amount been paid. No proper hot water, tv recharge n all need to be done.

No proper service. Rooms are not perfect. Every room has some or the other problem. No tv. No proper door lock. I don't want to give any rate to this. Please improve your service and maintenance. Please maintain hygiene.

yes, it was good experience staying at honey berg resort turkapally hyderabad. specifically the development with different types of plants 🪴 overall green environment which attracts the customers. one thing is not good is place is little bit away from city that's why no cab or any vehicle come for pickup. thanks & regards

Good supportive staff always and fast response, few things in the room could have been better if they changed like the minibar no proper cooling, they don't open all room categories in online for optional preferences for guests need to pay extra if wanted for balcony rooms and so. Food is costly not affordable as per taste and quality and quantity. But the restaurant staff are good sandhya, ramesh and other hindi guy.

Came around 1am traveling international, had to wait for long time for the room, later the keys don't work, later gives the used room wen i notice as it was, gave other room wherein the room was not good requested to show other rooms but tey say it's full wer in it wasn't this room had bad smell, no water in flush pipe. I used to staff before as regular guest but still no preference given, farah was a helpful l one, but other than that rest all did not like anything.
