Stumbled into the base of a Chinese tour group The room is quite average and not worthy of the five-star rating. The food and beverage variety is very small and the quality is very average. The level is about 4 stars, which is lower than other five stars in the area where I live. It seems that it is because there are too many tour groups. There are very few entertainment facilities and there are no entertainment activities in the evening. The bay is also very ordinary. The beach and water quality are not as good as other bays in the Red Sea. If possible, it is better to live in the south of the city. There is nothing near the door, so forget it when you go shopping.

We liked everything very much, at first we were skeptical, but during our stay we understood all the advantages of the hotel, the pools were clean, we got a new room (for which a special thank you!😊) clean, they immediately brought a child’s bed, the beach was clean, many sun loungers, comfortable. The service staff is very friendly, the food is varied. 30 min drive to the airport. Let's come back here again!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

Location.... great Beach......wonderful Rooms.... very big and clean Food..... repetitive My only issue was the fact that I paid for internet service through Trip.com with my room total. When I got to hotel, I was told it was not included. I paid an additional payment for internet but it DID NOT work in my room.

Clean and pleasant hotel with excellent staff. Located in the old part of the city, near the mosque.Nearby there is a market, shops. Price is excellent quality. Beach with a huge area close, across the road, for a small fee. I would like to note Ahmed, restaurant manager, Said (clining manager), Mohammed (service), girls with respiratory - Salma and Ranya. very try to please guests , all the issues were solved quickly. You feel like home. wifi in the hotel hall is excellent. I recommend the hotel.

I don't think a family with kids might miss any basic thing in this place. My kids really enjoyed the joyous atmosphere, the parties, the pizza and pan cake, and the aqua park, the overall experience is very good, and excellent value for money. The location is reachable and serene, and the beach is great. However, the brother hotel Hawaii Palm (al mamsha) was much better. The need enhancement things are: Parking - far away from the entrance, to the extent that I need to drive for 15 min. from the parking to the hotel entrance, as it was at the opposite side of the road!!! Room amenities - Hair shampoo, body lotion, bath drain covers, power sockets, good-state curtains, i.e. maintenance and deep cleaning. Gym - I had to walk for 15 min. to the nearby hotl Le Jardin, just to find the Gym closed, as it opens at 9 am!!!!!! Warm pools - We were in winters and my bigger kid (110 cm) had to swim in a cold pool!!! Pool time - need to be extended Pushy reception - too much alarms for check-out Cruise trip - reserved via the hotel conceirge was far below expectations. Hope the next visit be better ISA.
