The hotel is located in Soma Bay on the Red Sea, more than 40 kilometers from Hurghada Airport, not the majority of people living in Hurghada and Marti Bay. This position has advantages and disadvantages: the disadvantage is that there is no supporting business, there is no business to buy, no way to take a taxi, only the hotel car (no expensive); the advantage is quiet, the entire bay only Westin, Sheraton, Kempins Base and a diving club, so the beaches on the other side are European and American foreigners, did not see other Chinese. The Westin’s beach is far from the hotel and the hotel will be transported with the shuttle bus, so it is inconvenient to play with the sea. But we went to the Westin golf course, which was great. The facilities of the hotel are of course good, the building is renovated and the room pool gym breakfast, etc. are top notch. But I have to spit on the service. When checking in in the lobby, the attitude of the front desk was polite on the surface, but the room for us was particularly bad. I specially booked the golf sea view room and gave it to the far side. Since Soma Bay has not been fully developed, it is now undergoing major construction, giving me only 200 meters of work space in the room, which seriously affects the landscape and rest. I suggested that I had to change a room. The front desk lady was very reluctant to say that there was no sea view room. Then I insisted on asking, only to say that there was only a lower floor facing the room on the edge of the atrium pool. Later, when I was playing, I was close to the original room and found that there was no one in the area. If I stayed, I was the only one who lived near the construction site. After returning, I complained to Ctrip, and the hotel actually told us that Ctrip had changed the room. The sea view room has been upgraded to a pool room. The room service is basically not available. The service during the meal is also normal. After pouring the coffee, even if you add milk and sugar, you will walk away without much attention.

The view is good and it is not so damp. In short, I am very satisfied and don’t want to leave. I will be sad for several days after returning.😭

I have visited the resort with my family for 3 Nights and booked it through trip.com which was some how not normal for the reception but they was very helpful specially Mr. Ahmed who helped us in check-in check-out and also in the reservation for the Chinese restaurant Hotel size is average and easy to go from place to another, the hotel has no direct access to the beach but there is shuttle bus each 10 Minutes to go to the beach Staff are so friendly and helpful and supportive Food has a great variety, but the quality you can say above average Aqua park has only two slides There is a big heated pool (we enjoyed so much) Animation team was great No Free WIFI in rooms only in loopy area Snacks available on the beach restaurant and layli beurit restaurant from 12:30 PM till 5:00 PM Chinese restaurant not recommended

The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

We scanned the code to make an appointment Basilico Italian. The front desk of the companion also booked an Italian restaurant. A very average hotel, far from 5 stars. Loud animation on the beach and tour sellers pester you 24/7. They don't accept refusal the first time. Not enough staff - they do not have time to set the tables, they do not offer drinks, only spy service. The huge space of the hall is completely useless, poorly lit and looks outdated. The staff is not involved and not responsive. I ran 3 times in a row with a broken key to a locked room to the reception, where the girl ”fixed” the magnetic card each time. After this, you do not feel rested. A common problem with Egyptian hotels that are painted with 5 stars. We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel - a cringe-worthy evening with a hangar of tables covered with a sheet (photo below).
