Hotels in Makadi Bay, Hurghada

The first impression of staying at Prima Life Makadi is amazing! The hotel is located on the shore of the Red Sea, forming a beautiful contrast with the blue water. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be attracted by the high-ceiling design and decoration. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the dining area is beyond expectations. The main restaurant has a rich international buffet selection, and the fresh seafood and freshly grilled Arabic kebabs are unforgettable. I especially recommend the sunset bar by the sea. Ordering a cocktail and watching the sunset over the Red Sea is a real enjoyment! The hotel's service team is particularly commendable. From the front desk to the poolside waiters, they all have sincere smiles and remember the preferences of guests. The butler will also thoughtfully prepare surprise gifts to make your stay even more honorable. The fine white sand of the private beach, the dreamy water color of the infinity pool, and the different leisure activities every day make it hard to check out! If you come to the Red Sea for vacation, Prima Life Makadi is definitely the perfect choice that combines luxury and warmth.

Accoglienza all’arrivo scandalosa: avevo prenotato per me e le mie due figlie di 12 e 15 anni e pretendevano che pagassi loro 90€ in più a notte per il terzo letto quando la prenotazione era chiaramente per 3 persone di quella età!!! Ci hanno bloccate per l’intero pomeriggio alla reception (eravamo arrivate alle 14 e ci hanno permesso di andare in camera alle 18,30!), non permettendoci ovviamente di usufruire di tutti i servizi già pagati con l’All inclusive per quella giornata. Alle 18,30 l’hotel mi ‘concede’ di pagare solo 45€ a notte in più che coincide all’incirca con quanto Trip.com mi ha offerto come importo massimo per il rimborso in Trip Coins (per le prime 3 ore mi dicevano che non potevano rimborsarmi più di 70€ totali!!). E’ stato davvero un pessimo welcome, che mi è costato infinite telefonate e stress. Animazione serale minima e molto poco fruibile perché dislocata e in orario di cena. Il punto di forza dell’hotel non sono le camere (ed io avevo preso una premium) ma il giardino, che è incantevole!!! Pieno di amache e lettini relax, una vera chicca. È un hotel enorme, la spiaggia è divisa in settori, c’è la parte riservata alle Ville, quella per i paganti, quella per solo adulti, e quella aperta a tutti, dove c’è ressa. Il ristorante, eccellente, era diviso in piu ambienti. Le piscine non sono tutte collegate ma piacevolissime, anche se chiudono troppo presto! Quella con la ‘cascata dalle rocce’, molto scenografica, è pero molto piccola. Gli agenti che girano per proporre esperienze con il parasailing, con i quad o altro sono inaffidabili perché pur di farmi prenotare con loro mi aveva garantito che il tempo dell’esperienza sarebbe stato doppio rispetto al suo concorrente ma cosi non è stato (mi ha poi rimborsato 10€ ma mi e costato fatica e stress). I pochi blocchi di reef presenti davanti all’hotel sono ancora incredibilmente vivi!!! Uscite in barca da lì ne organizzano poche, ho fatto quella secondo il diving center più bella e una delle due fermate è stata magnifica seppur breve. Il diving center mi sembra molto attivo e organizzato. Il bar sulla spiaggia è bellissimo!! Anche se i cocktail sono mediocri.

If you take a taxi online to go to the airport, you will only receive orders and then ask for a ridiculous price. You will have to pay at least three times the price.

The hotel is superb, the room is large, the sea water quality is high, the cost performance is super high, the variety of three meals is rich, all-day drinks are free! Great! There is also a free child care service!

Overall, it is not recommended. 1. When booking, Hurghada Hotel ranked first on Ctrip's beautiful scenery list. Now it seems to be second, but this hotel does not live up to its reputation. You can't see the sunset on the beach. The sunset is behind you. I feel that this list is paid for. The following picture 12 was taken on the beach at sunset. It is not much different from other hotels. And because it is in the bay, the sea level is very narrow, and I don't know where the beautiful scenery is. 2. All-inclusive hotel, but all in-room meals need to be paid separately (ordered through the hotel website, the price displayed when placing the order is 0), but I was not informed, and no bill was given at the final settlement. 3. Two twin rooms were booked, and all were changed to double rooms without being informed. 4. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities and environment are pretty good.

Great hotel, extremely diverse and excellent food. The staff is also very very nice! There is a golf course and a quad biking center nearby as well. I recommend !

The unexpected surprise was really great, a huge resort, all meals included, and free flow at the bar in addition to bottled wine. With the invincible sea view and the interior view of the resort, the key is to really relax and no longer have to fight with wits to guard against scams:)

It's OK, more down-to-earth

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

Hotel personnels are great. But reception couldn’t find our reservation booked by trip.com. We arrived to hotel at 3 am and we waited until 5 am. Trip.com service called the hotel and helped us finally but reception hold our passports until morning. We don’t think so we will come this hotel and book hotel by trip.com next time. We were using *********** until this reservation and we had no problem ever. Thats why we will not use trip com for hotel booking never
