Old hotel, you can see that it used to be very grand. There is a little water leakage in the bathroom. The hotel's private beach is very beautiful. For this price, the cost performance is quite high! Although breakfast has to be paid extra, it is quite a lot.

Close to the airport. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the standard and quality, but at least the service was pleasant. I also was not pleased with leaving my documents with the receptionist overnight, as in the morning when checking out they forgot the return it back.

The room is very new, the lights are bright, and everything is complete, especially the kitchen utensils. It is an apartment-style hotel. It is more convenient to make your own food. There is also a dining table. But because it is too new, the bedroom will have some paint smell. The hotel butler's service was very good. When the car we requested couldn't find the location, he immediately came out to help us communicate. The location of the hotel is a bit remote. Because it is very new, some taxis cannot find the location of the hotel.

For the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. Economy class hotel as expected, but there is no drinking water in the room, I checked in at night, there is nowhere to get it, they have it on sale, but you can’t pay in the morning, only prepayment, it was very upsetting, I suffered through the night, and the air conditioner was also clicking very loudly, but I was pleased with the breakfast, although it was portioned, but big!

You can stay overnight, but the room you came across was smoky, you need to separate non-smoking rooms!

Not my first stay & won't be my last. Very convenient location for central Hurghada. Considering how noisy the streets can be, inside Zak, it's lovely & quiet. The pool area is great & although too cold the swimming pool kept well. Rooms are large, nice size balconies, decent shower & comfy beds. Wifi could be improved. Kettle & fridge in rooms, no cafe/restaurant at Zak, but there's a decent supermarket less than 2 minutes walk Staff are kind & helpful. Overall, it was a great stay for a very reasonable price.

It has its own small beach. The sand is small but living corals, fish. Swimming with a mask is a pleasure. Service is good. The hotel is maintained at a good level, the area is well-groomed, palm trees flowers. I liked the food all delicious and varied menu. Grill in the evening.

As it was an all-inclusive resort, I stayed there for one night from December 31st. Because there was a New Year's countdown party, all the restaurants were closed after 3pm and everyone was gathered at the countdown party venue. There was a lot to choose from at the buffet, which was great, but it was disappointing as I had originally wanted to go to a restaurant where I could order a la carte. Since everyone was gathered together and could smoke freely, I, who don't like smoke, left early. I think it's good for people who like a lively place, but for those who want to relax in peace and quiet, it's just a pain. The whole building is old, but it's clean. There are no amenities, so you must bring your own.
