Amazing… everything was wonderful. very welcoming, respectful, warm and kind people. the room was very clean, all the food was very diverse, tasty. Quality drinks, all bottled. the beach is very clean, well-kept. take care of her. We would highly recommend Xanadu Makadi Bay.

We were really happy on this holiday. Everything was great. Room was clean. Thank you Hisham Ramadam for cleaning room. All the food at the hotel is so tasty, at the main restaurant and also a la carte. Services on the beach are perfect too. Best holiday.

We would like to express our deep gratitude Mahmoud Gamal! Our room was always perfectly clean! We have been to many hotels, there is something to compare with. Just a professional in his field! Every evening we waited for a new piece of towel art! Crocodiles, scorpions, always something new! Just incredible! And this is a very kind, cheerful and open person! Thanks for unforgettable stay My room was 2125 swip up pool It was spacious, clean. Room service was perfect , they helped my tidying my room with different shapes of towels on bed I would like to thank Mr shady ( reciption mannager for his care to make me satisfied and happy cant thanks him enough , for the late check out he offered so i enjoyed my last day as well , And big thanks to the professional F&B manager Mr Metwally He is following up with me whole day if everything is ok related to food , resturants , food quality , he invited me to induan resturant although it was fully booked Thanks my dearest Mr ahmed Amedeo bars manager, he is checking on everything with professionalism ❤️ make everyone feels the Vip life Thanks check Ahmed executive manager for the amazing buffet i have ever seen , with food varaity , soo tasty and delicious , breakfast was beyond expectations Smoked salmon Suchi bar every day plus a la carte cuisines it was scrumptious Thanks turkish chef for amazing borek in breakfast Thsnks for all list below agora resturant Chef hassan Mr khaled Turkish resturant Mr dessoki , and chefs Indian resturant Mr nour Amazing indian check Al kabeer Animation team Luka and trazan

We stayed in April/ may this year. The hotel completely exceeded all expectations. The food/ drinks were amazing. The lifeguards round the lagoon pool were superstars and all staff are friendly. We had a slight issue as we’d upgraded a dune swim up room when we booked, only to be told when arriving at 11pm that they’d ran out of dune swim ups as they’d upgraded others. They tried to sell us a main hotel swim up room but after complaining the next morning we were in the room we paid for by 4pm. The room was lovely, huge and stocked mini fridge every day. Kameer (apologies I can’t remember his name) in the lagoon bar was amazing, gave us cans of Heineken to take back to our room every day. The entertainment and mini disco were incredible. No faults at all. We’re coming back next February for some winter sun

Always clean, perfectly tidy room and incredible creations. The best cleaning manager. Hisham Ramadam is the best, always helpful, willing, very precise. The best hotel in Hurghada. We always had a replenished minibar. We added photos of his incredible creations from towels. Thanks your for your care.

Absolutely fantastic staff working here, always very friendly and helpful, The room is more than perfect, very clean and well maintained. Entertainimenr was great & very diverse (Moody you #rock!). #Xanadu, you're not only high class, but top class!
