The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

This hotel is good for family and restaurant is good eat is good and staff is really friendly and room is good and have good area and aqua for all family and animation team is amazing and really friendly and mini dico every day and show every day Chang thank you for this little time

We were originally planning to spend 11 days here, but left for an other hotel on the second day. Room service was non existent, after 3 calls to the reception and one face to face discussion with them, we still could get them to provide towels for the room. However, towels seemed to be uneccesary anyway, as there was no running water most of the day. Cleaning was also practically non-existent, the room was below any standard, especially of a supposedly 4 star hotel. Food was terrible and not enough, they usually ran out of mostly everything midway the meal time. The view from the room was nice and the beach is excellent for snorkeling, with corals, fish etc. Other than that, there is something very wrong with this hotel and unless management does something very quickly, I don't expect it to survive. The hotel itself has an excellent beach and nice features, but unless something is immediately done regarding cleanliness, service and food I don't want to come here ever again.

We get a room which was in disaster/falling apart party of the hotel without room servise even if we ask for it 5 times. It was finally changed 8th day of our 10 day holliday. If you want normal/decent room as you pay for it in price of holliday you have to give them money to passport. Bathroom was in horrible condition. If you have even cold water to shower you’re lucky. Second rooms was little bit better, there we get every day room servise, so they’re servising just “better” part of hotel. Everyday we had to wait for beach towels more than half hour. Food is every single day the same. For breakfast don’t expect any fruit, it’s just omelet, boilled egg,some kind of sallami, cheese and pancakes. You have to ask even for piece of butter. The only possitive were cakes for dinner and lunch. Water is in small plastic cups so when you are going second time for water without giving them money they’re rude. Juice is just water with syrup. Everytime we had to wait and looking for plates, forks and napkins. The same is beach bar, there you can get everyday the same “hamburgers” and ice cream. The only good thing there is nice garden, beach and sea.

Lets start from not having enough eating plates and beach towels, untill no higyiene in the beach seats and tables for eating. Hotel that is for tourist but obviously dont apreciste enough the tourist but just the Eguiptian people. Last. We needed to keep the room one day more because of our flight. The manager offered price 115e for one standard basic room counting it ,,per person". Thats how they take care about the tourists... I really dont reccomend. thanks

This is my absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! This place is like from 1979 - everything is falling apart and old. Arrived to the Marina Beach Hotel right in time and wanted to check in - had to fill in some paperwork and wait for freaking 2 hours for no reason - reception was just hangin around. We had a 1 year old child with us who had been on a plane for 6 hours and we really needed to wash him and the hotel workers couldn't care less, even when poop fell out of child pants and painted the floor. Hotel rooms are freezing cold and humid, asked from reception for warmth because heating wasn't working - they said there is nothing they can do because wind is blowing from the wrong side. Balcony's door was broken and it made it even worse. No warm blankets, no heat. No towels in the room. Everything in the hotel is old, dirty or broken. Elevator shafts were empty and had to carry all the things from the stairs. Poolsides are tired and seen some very rough days, it was possible to take tiles and parts of pool away with hand. Childrens pools are freezing cold. Child broke her toe just by walking around the pools. Hotel area is filled with sellers who keeps ruining the vacation time with constant salestalk and begging every freaking day. If you don't speak egyptian or russian then you are in trouble because only few of the workers speaks very bad english. Asked for a children's potty and after 10 minute wait the worker brings in a freaking childrens bed. Told the housekeeper that toilet water isn't  going down, they promised to send help in 5 minutes. After 2 hours we went to reception to say the same thing and still no help from anywhere. After several attempts we just got tired and until the end of our stay we used a toilet in the reception because nobody cared enough to help. Food and drinks are strongly under the average - coctails are insanly strong, we begged the bartender for light coctails and he only laughed (because he didn't speak english) and made them even stronger and unbareble to drink so we just threw them away constantly until we just stopped ordering. All-inclusive drinks are served in plastic cups so I think that's a way to say who cares about the environment. Food needs surely some seasoning! Dining room is always filled with smoke and it is hard to breath in there. Tables were terribly dirty! Happened to wipe it with white tissue and it turned black in front of my eyes. Got some thunderstorm while being there - water flooded the stairs and dining rooms, everything was under water and all the ceilings were soaked. Heard that some of the rooms were flooded too. There are pigeons living in the hall ceilings. No worker moves a muscle before you give them money what they constantly beg for. If you leave no tip in your room then they are not cleaning it. Got a bed with bloody sheets on the first day so I guess they ain't wasting any energy on changing sheets. I think the water was gone for 4-5 times while we were there. Wifi
