Proper hotel

1. Independent beach resort, all-inclusive, but the food is all white food, alas, not delicious, the only thing is that there is shrimp one night, which is ok, but not delicious at other times, Chinese stomach can't get used to it, the only Chinese restaurant needs to be booked in advance to enter 2. The hotel has an independent beach and sea area for snorkeling, which is pretty good, overall OK 3. Basically considered a foreigner, stayed for 4 days, and didn't see a single East Asian face👀 4. The bedding in the room is very poor, the sheets are pilling

Not bad, this price includes three meals, and there is a lot of food. When we went there, there were only two Chinese people. The service was also very good. You can feel it. We stayed for three days and ate too much.

The bathroom in the room is very large, and the water flow is also very strong. It is very convenient to wash the sand after going out to sea. The hotel food is much better than the popular Castle Hotel and Sunrise Hotel where I stayed in the next few days!!! But the price is only half of theirs, there are many swimming pools, much more than the other two hotels, and there is also a wave pool. Except that the hotel and restaurant environment is not as good as the castle hotel for taking pictures, everything else is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic, there is no discrimination at all, and they are very friendly to Chinese people. The hotel's restaurant that needs to be booked is a bit troublesome, so I only ate at the buffet restaurant, which has more food varieties than the castle hotel! Great value for money!!!

It's very good. The sea view room allows you to listen to the sea and see the sea. We also prepared a little surprise. Haha, the hotel is very attentive. There are lights, flowers, and ribbons as soon as you open the door. The service is also very good. You can stay here

Great hotel, very extensive and nice staff especially boss Alaa in reception, the food choice was great, cleanliness, service, view, activities were all great and we had a very nice stay there, always happy to go there. 🙏👍😘

The hotel is in a resort ⛱️. The website says it is close to the diving shop. I booked it later. When I arrived, I found that it was not close at all. It was far away from anywhere. Unless you just plan to stay in the hotel for vacation ⛱️ and don’t want to go out. Otherwise, whether you are going to the city It takes about 40 minutes either by ATV or by taxi to the diving spot. However, if you sign up for ATV or something, there will usually be pick-up and drop-off. That is, if you want to go diving, you have to get up early. The hotel 🏨 includes three meals a day. There is a huge buffet restaurant, which looks like a rich variety of food. In fact, the quality is not high and the food is not very delicious. The self-service drinks, wine and barbecue are average. The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant, but reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. The reservation time is also required. It seems to be 10-12 o'clock in the morning and 15-17 o'clock in the afternoon. Reservations can only be made on site, not by phone, which is quite troublesome. Because I had to go out every day during those few days in Hurghada, I couldn’t make an appointment at his appointment time slot, so I kept eating at the buffet🙃🙃 The hotel covers a large area. The sea view room I booked has a decent view, but it is not as beautiful as the one in Indonesia. Then the room is also big, but there is only one bed and not even a sofa. The whole room seems empty. It can be seen that the facilities have been renovated, but if you look at it by five-star standards, it is still not enough. Three If it's four stars, that's almost it. The hotel also has a free bar, and the drinks they make are casual and not tasty at all. We were given three bottles of mineral water every day and flowers were placed in the room. The service was pretty good. If you are the kind of traveler who cares about service and hygiene, it is recommended to book directly with Sheraton or Hilton. After all, the brand is there and the service quality is guaranteed.

The hotel is in a lovely location on beach and building looks great . But on closer inspection the hotel is 3-4 stars as the rooms are old and need refurbishing and the food needs to have more fresh local fruits and vegetables. The staff were v friendly and we loved the entertainment, specially playing with colours ( Holi ) on the beach . The other drawback was that you were isolated from other hotels nearby and had to go in taxi outside the hotel . The inclusive alcoholic drinks were rubbish and we paid for better drinks . This is not acceptable in a 5 * establishment . It’s great to get winter sun but none of the pools are heated . I loved the marina

Having a great stay friendly staff had a very early trip booked one day and the hotel provided a packed meal for us to pick up and take with us the Italian restaurant has been the best meal in a sit down restaurant was lovely again very helpful friendly staff

The room was very clean and well kept by lovely staff. Air con is a bit hit and miss. All the staff cannot do more for you all the time, very attentive and accommodating. The pools were freezing cold and unbearable, the sea is warmer. Food was lovely and always a lot to choose from. I’ve not had to lift a finger since landing here in Egypt. The safari booked through the hotel was amazing! Highly recommend! Again the pools need to be slightly heated to a bearable temperature for guests but also for staff to use for entertainment purposes! All in all a great place, would visit again!!

Myself, my husband, 17 yo son and my brother in law traveled to Jasmine Palace for a week. During our stay we sampled 3 of the 4 A la carte restaurants which all offered a limited but very tasty menu. We also ate at the pool & beach bar during the day when they offer snacks. This is very limited, generally only two options such as burger and chips or fried fish etc. However the main restaurant offers a very extensive menu of lovely food throughout the majority of the day. There is a juice bar that offers freshly made smoothies, milkshakes etc for around €5 or 250LE but I believe they were well worth the additional cost as they were so nice. We also hired bikes and had a ride out which we enjoyed but it wasn't an easy ride as the bikes could do with a service. They were cheap to hire at only 300LE for 1 hour. We did not use the spa facilities, mainly because we were hounded so it put us off going in. The private beach and pier are beautiful and there are plenty of shaded areas although you may need to ask for loungers as these go very quickly. We asked one of the entertainment team who disappeared for about 10 mins and proudly arrived back carrying two sun loungers on his shoulder. We tipped a little extra for his efforts. The entertainment was OK. During the day there are several sessions from the entertainment team at different areas of the resort. Yoga, Volley ball or Boccia on the beach, darts by the pool and even a foam party but from what we saw in the evening it was limited. There was a mini disco which seemed to be popular with the young children each night followed by a performer (bellydancer, clown, tanoura, fire display) which were great but generally finished around 22.00pm and then it was just music playing for the remainder of the evening. There was a T.V screen in one of the terraces which showed some of the football games, much to the delight of my son and brother in law. The staff in every department (waiters, chefs, gardeners, housekeepers, entertainment, lifeguards etc) are great and they all worked so hard to ensure we had a great stay. We only encountered one person who was rude, a lady in the reception team but as this was on our last day we weren't too bothered. Overall a nice hotel which could be excellent with a couple of tweaks.

We have just come back from a 7 night stay at Jasmine Palace. We have had a wonderful week. Firstly to say, the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The staff work really hard on the upkeep and their hard work really pays off. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good showers. Our balcony overlooked the pool area and gave us lovely views of the grounds. The staff here are very attentive, especially the lifeguards and bar staff. We saw mixed reviews about the food before we travelled. We had no problems (and have a vegetarian and a fussy eater) The food was good with a wide selection to choose from. Ultimately, you are travelling to Egypt and staying at a resort that caters for lots of different nationalities - I'm not sure what people expect but we didn't have any issues. Lots of salads, meats and fish to choose from. Al a cartes are included in your stay (no limit but must book) We ate at the Egyptian one which was great and on the beach. We also tried the Italian where the service was excellent. The pools are brilliant and the focal point of the resort. We never struggled for a lounger even though the resort felt busy. The resort is clean and well looked after. Brush your teeth with the bottled water and make sure you wash your hands after using the loo and you should be fine! The beach is lovely, with a long jetty out to sea which is marked out with safe swimming/snorkeling areas and manned by lifeguards. Into the water from the beach, it is very shallow and this continues a long way into the sea. The evening entertainment includes a mini disco for little ones, then different acts after. We have been fortunate enough to stay in some fabulous 4 and 5 star resorts across Europe, Turkey and Mexico. We felt the resort was a solid 4 star and not quite the accolade of a 5. There are certain (small) things that let it down. For example, at busy times in the restaurant it could be difficult to get cutlery and glasses. Staff work really hard to get these cleaned and back out but perhaps the hotel could do with investing in a few more knives and forks. The all inclusive is good and covers most things but in a 5 star we have come to expect drinks and food avaliable throughout the day and night, here you can't get an ice cream until 1pm or a drink after midnight and you have to pay extra for premium drinks. The evening entertainment happens on the terrace outside the main restaurant and it's really hard to find anywhere to sit and watch. The hotel would benefit from a theatre or larger area to host the entertainment. The entertainment team work really hard though; from early morning til late at night and are great fun. However, as I said, these are only small pointers that did not ruin our stay. We had a day trip to Luxor to see The Valley of the Kings and Temples, which we really recommend. Although it was a long day, it was really worth it. We booked this before we went away and not through the hotel. We also went to Hurghad
