It was a great vacation, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service and staff, and also the location of the hotel were very nice ... But I would like to note that booking through this site is for Eastern Europe only, so the balance will paid in the hotel, this is happen with me because I didn’t knew that

The hotel is a four or five star hotel. It is large and has all the necessary facilities. The hotel rooms have balconies. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available like most hotels. Shower gel is available, but shampoo is not. The buffets for three meals a day are quite rich and complete, but the taste is a matter of personal preference. The hotel also has parties at night, which is quite exciting. The overall accommodation experience of the hotel is still good.

The hotel is great! The room is not big, but it has a balcony where you can watch the sunset. The staff are warm and polite. The hotel has 6 restaurants where you can eat at any time all day long. The food is rich and delicious! The hotel also has its own beach, which is really great!

If you tip, the waiters will be very attentive. Otherwise, it's a buffet. The food and drinks are OK, but don't expect too much. I stayed for two days and two nights and I think it's OK. If you stay for more than two days, you will get bored. The hotel hardware is quite old

The room is okay, the food is also good, the highlight is that there are so many Russian girls! In fact, this is not the reason for the hotel. Hurghada is a traditional holiday destination for Russian Ukrainians.

The hotel environment can be quite good.

Overall rating is the best. All food, service and facilities Very good. However, you cannot see fish or coral in the sea. regret not having

We stayed for 9 nights at Sindbad in August as a family of 4. We stayed in room 6104 and 6106. Top floor with fantastic views over the pool and out to a lovely sea view. Superior room with balcony. 10 minute transfer from the airport, easy check in. Staff couldn’t do enough on arrival wristbands given, luggage taken to our rooms. Restaurant opened for all the late arrivals as we got there at 11pm. Weather gorgeous, very hot but air con in the rooms and reception is brilliant. Staff in the hotel can’t do enough for you. Very friendly, helpful and lovely with the children. Staff never stop cleaning, we heard a few people moaning about a few things being a bit more dated, but cleanliness is nothing to worry about in this hotel. Pool towels changed daily in the rooms. Plenty of water left in the rooms and towels. Housekeeping so lovely and kind. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms cleaned every day, lovely towel animal displays etc. Currency you can use Egyptian pounds, euros or English pounds they are flexible at shops and around the hotel/ on excursions. We tipped either to the staff. Mainly a euro/ pound or 100 or 200 Egyptian depending on what we were tipping for, staff never expected it and always grateful. We went on the submarine booked through the hotel, was great experience. We also booked the quad bikes and camel riding, but booked this via the app Get your guide, excursions very cheap on there and reliable. Collect you and drop you back to hotel. £14 each for quad biking and camel ride, 3 hours excursion was well worth it. Hotel grounds are beautiful, rooms spacious and clean and small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Pools lovely, the main pool is quieter and no ball games etc, you don’t get asked to do any activities etc. there is a bar at the side of main pool, staff will bring you drinks if you wish. Sunbeds do get full early, if I wanted one under shade I had to be down by 7, or 8-8.30 if one out of the shade. If you come later and they are taken up, the pool staff will try their best to find you some and they all work very hard to make sure people are not just reserving them all day if not present. The wave pool over in the aqua park also got busy around the pool, but we always got loungers near the slides without fail. Staff are great at the slides and always lovely with the kids. The slides are all good fun we had a great time on them all. There is a restaurant near the main pool called Mastaba and this was where we mainly ate. There is another restaurant over on the side of the aqua park but we only ate lunch there. They do burgers, hotdogs and pizza etc, and stay opens for snacks, but we preferred the other restaurant as it’s bigger and cooler in the evening. There is a bar near both pools. The hotel is 2 sides but not far to go between pools. Also the beach is a short walk out the back of the hotel, across a small road and then down a path, but if you prefer a buggy runs up and down if you don’t want to walk. There is another 2 bars at

I had a lovely time with my family (7 in total) at the Sindbad club. Especially our waiter Sharif has always treated us with the utmost respect and hospitality. In the small details one can see that this is not a 5 star hotel, but still the food, drinks and service were excellent. We’ve met a lot of nice people working at the Sindbad club hotel and I can highly recommend this hotel for families. The only downside was that we were given a room that was too small for our 5 teenage kids when we came, but the next day we were given a proper room with help from our local TUI travel agent. Understand that the personnel in the hotel works very hard, and they do rely a lot on tips from the guests. But remember that a “small” tip goes a very long way. We had a big group, but the personnel in the restaurants would always think a long and even ask smaller groups to change tables, so we could sit down all together. Thank you Sindbad personnel for making our stay wonderful and pleasant!

The Children loved this Resort. Very Child friendly entertainment! Clean! Good Food! A lot of things to do in and around this Resort. A special shout out to the lifeguard Ismail A.A. who gave us and the kids a beautiful time at the kids pool ❤️ This guy made the hotel experience feel like a 5* Resort ❤️ Thank you Ismail and hopefully until next time!

Like many reviews I make it's based around the following when it comes to a hotel. Value Cleanliness Functionality Was it worth it? Absolutely, there's tonnes to do and the sinbad club will not let you down. I paid just over 3k on August 1st to get a two week all inclusive trip for two adults and two children. Was it clean? Impeccably. You had an abundance of staff all on individual stations cleaning all day. From room service to the wash rooms, there was always somebody there to help. Was it functional? Yup, again no complaints. Everything worked as they recruited enough staff in order to man every station. My tips and tricks. Firstly when you book a family room, this is a little misleading. I was actually expecting a family room. What we actually got was a studio with two double beds. My children didn't want to sleep in the same bed so the solution for my son, well he had a sun lounger to sleep on for a fortnight. Dine in the restaurant by the wave pool, botanics. It's mostly quiet and peaceful and the food is great. Avoid the salad bar. I developed travellers diarrhea. No matter how good the food is it just takes over a stray leaf and you're done for. A week after returning home I've still got it and it's a nightmare. All cooked food is great but raw foods like salad be careful. It's not the fault of the hotel, it's the fact that the typical Brits digestive system cannot cope with simple Egyptian bacteria. Visit the beach. Omg the red sea is amazing. It's gorgeous, it's warm and being at the Sinbad you have your own private beach, it's worth it, don't hesitate. Tip at the start. Your bar man or your house keeper. Give them 500egp and they will go to the end of the earth to make you happy. Use "get your guide" it's an app you can download. It cuts out the middle man. We paid £100 for a trip to orange bay. On the app a week later I paid £40 for a private speed boat trip including lunch to hula hula beach. All in all, Sinbad is great. Our room, I'm not going to lie, it was a little dated but we just slept there. The food was great, the location was perfect just 10 minutes from the airport. But the biggest bonus.... The staff. They are all amazing. To the owners of the sinbad club. Pay your guys more money. They work their back sides off for you. They are a credit to your hotel, there are too many to mention. Mustafa "my man" is the most respectful and decent human being I've had the privilege of meeting. He was a working wave pool but now is on the beach. A young man with integrity and honesty. He couldn't do enough and my children loved him. Well done to everyone, we are looking at coming back in November.

We arrived at sinbad as a family of 3 on 15/8/24 for 2 weeks it was our first family holiday as a 3 & I was quite worried at first but I didn’t need to be it has been amazing! Staff are friendly, animation team are fantastic! Rooms clean will definitely come back!

EN: Very quiet hotel, pleasant environment and staff who will take care of you. It was not my first time in this hotel and the level of service and service keeps going up. I recommend.

Great experience, great hotel, great food, great everything! My daughter has to eat gluten free food and the cooks did say what my daughter can eat every day. They can prepare even a pasta food or noodles gluten free. Only one problem is to be locked for electricity. When you have two cards and the room is locked, you can't open the door with the second card.
