At this price, it is really okay if you have a room. But for the same price, I would recommend going to a youth hostel. The most fatal thing is that I suspect the front desk discriminates against Chinese people. The attitude when checking in was very bad, which made me a little scared. When I checked in, they didn't even tie the straps. So if you have a small budget, I suggest going to a youth hostel directly. Due to the bad attitude of the front desk, it is really uncomfortable and the room is not very hygienic. Oh yes, there is not even a quilt, only a thin towel to cover the bed.

The room was destroyed, the doors of the closets and toilets do not close, the bed is broken, the food is not bad, there are a lot of people, the Russians occupy the sunbeds and may not come, the water park is ok, the territory is well-groomed

The worst hotel I every visited in Egypt. Receptive are rude, service are bad, all meals are so bad, lazy staff, poor management. Not recommended for anyone tourists or Egyptian. Food & drinks Very bad, no taste, no quality, chef are bad, plates are not clean, fruits & vegetables are not cleaned good, no varieties in meals. One of the worst meals , I ever taste in any hotel in Egypt.

During our holiday with friends, we had planned to visit two hotels. This is the second one. The food is not as good as the previous hotel, but the entertainment was on a whole other level. From the first moment we were in charge of the animators Mohammed and Petra (Czech). Since it is our first time in Egypt, they prepared a whole day of program for us: quad biking in the desert, camels, lunch and dinner in Hurghada. Mohammed showed us the real Egypt, not just the tourist attractions, we had a city tour, we saw how people really live and act in Egypt. In addition to bowling, we ended with a brutal party in the resprtu. Mohammed made everything perfect. We didn't worry about money until the very end. He and Petra also watched over all the attempts of the locals to turn us in. Really top-notch treatment. A full day of fun and adventure ( go-carts, Sahara, lunch, dinner, bowling, Hurghada tour, club, apartment to change and hygiene during the day) cost us $50 per person, so easy. Thank you very much!

The staff were very kind and hospitable, always helping when we needed. Hpwever the WiFi was often weak and would not connect in many places. The entertainment team was excellent and always put on a great show. The room were very clean and the housekeeping kept them clean daily.

Boli sme v úplne novo zrekonštruovanom a nanovo zariadenom apartmáne v areály hotela s egyptskou symbolikou v architektúre. Obsluha milá, ochotní komunikatívni čašníci, animátori, personál všade zametá, čistia bazény, udržiavajú zeleň, park. Užili sme si množstvo atrakcií, kúpanie a jazdu na koňoch/ťave pri západe slnka, lekcie kitingu, šnorchlovanie, plávanie na otvorenom mori s delfínmi. Atrakcie za veľmi priaznivé ceny(cca 25eur/os). V kuchyni apartmánu bolo možné si pripraviť vlastné jedlo, ísť do výborných miestnych reštaurácií, využiť donášku na recepciu, alebo objednať allinclusive stravu, ktorá bola pestrá a chutná na to, že ide o troj* hotel. Využívali sme na prepravu lacné miestne taxi, uber, indrive prepravu kde je možnosť dohodnúť si cenu vopred. Ocenili sme rozsiahlu pláž kde je dostatok lehátok aj počas cezóny, pokojné more s bezpečným šnorchlovaním (majú tu sieť proti žralokom). Čistota na toaletách na pláži, funkčné sprchy. Nový manažment hotela renovuje okolie a vidieť, že chcú zlepšiť meno hotela. Držíme palce a radi sa sem vrátime. We were in a completely newly renovated and newly furnished suite in the hotel grounds with Egyptian symbolism in the architecture. Friendly service, helpful communicative waiters, animators, staff sweep everywhere, clean pools, maintain greenery, park. We enjoyed many attractions, swimming and sunset horse/camel rides, kiting lessons, snorkelling, swimming in the open sea with dolphins. Attractions at very favorable prices (approx. 25 euros/person). It was possible to prepare your own food in the kitchen of the apartment, go to excellent local restaurants, use delivery to the reception, or order an all-inclusive meal, which was varied and tasty considering that it is a three* hotel. We used a cheap local taxi, uber, indrive transport where it is possible to agree on the price in advance. We appreciated the large beach where there are enough sunbeds even during the low season, the calm sea with safe snorkeling (they have a net against sharks). Clean toilets on the beach, functional showers. The new management of the hotel is renovating the area and you can see that they want to improve the name of the hotel. Fingers crossed and we will be happy to come back here.

Our holiday was so good, personal was so nice and they want just us feel comfortable, our room was clean every time, sometimes they make small animal, it was so pretty, everything here is good, but I must speak about something what is not good, it’s food, really, it’s not too much and taste is not good.

Holiday in this hotel was amazing everything was so easy,check in was good personal want just us to feel good and animation team they have every day another programs and in the evening they have every day another show, so it was good and not boring
