The hotel is very abandoned, but the people who work there are friendly, sadly to say that I don't recommend the hotel

Great location with its own private beach and restaurant plus beach towels. It's own swimming pool. Very extensive menu dinner and breakfast with fresh food, helpful staff. WiFi an issue in the room. Was obviously a grand old lady in her time, in the throes of being spruced up

Even though I had booked a price that included dinner, I was told that it was a special dinner and was charged an extra 2,000 pounds. When I complained to the front desk that it was strange, the price finally came down to 930 pounds, but they said, ``If you don't pay, you won't get dinner,'' so I had no choice but to pay. The restaurant had a very sparse buffet with very little to eat. When I asked the customers around me, Ima-san was the only one who was paying an additional fee. It must have been stolen. The room was old and dirty, and the toilet was overflowing with sewage. There are no amenities. There's a lot of traffic outside and horns are honking all night long, so there's no rest at all. Even in Egypt, I think it's rare to find a hotel this bad.

Nice location and price; very dated hotel but clean. Water and electricity regularly fail. Nice service and very helpful. All-inclusive well organized but somewhat one-sided.

The worst hotel I've checked in hurghada Rooms & room service: bad Pool: terrible Restaurants: There is only one crowded restaurant with no food variety. Beach: The hotel has no private beach; however, you can have free tickets to go to a nearby beach. The beach is fine.

Dreadful time,air conditioning faulty,temp in 40s,water off for 8 nights out off 14,when water was working no hot water,they knew there was a faulty pump but never fixedComplained 20 times and nothing was done.Holiday destroyed. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS 😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟

Nice stay, very good hotel, good service, the place is close to everything, and the hotel has a beautiful beach. You can do snorkeling on the beach and eat, and the cleanliness of the hotel is beautiful The hotel staff is respectful And special thanks to the entertainment team for everything Nemo, Youssef and Nastaya gave us

Nice and clean hotel near to the beach with all facilities. Food and drinks were fresh and excellent. Hotel Stuff was gentle and really helpful. Totally recommend this place for holidays with a group of friends. In my oppinion price is adequate.
