Excellent service, super clean and well-kept garden. Rooms were comfortable and large. Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful

Excellent hote. It is far from the city center and because of that you have slightly higher prices for entertainment outside the hotel.
The atmosphere and animation are excellent.

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

We are staying at this hotel right now and can only thank Ibrahim hegazy resident manger and all his staff for making our stay so welcoming. we arrived on Friday reception was very quick we were taken to our room which was outstanding. The bar staff can't do enough for you pool and beech staff were verywell trained and polite. if you don't want to be bothered by sales we put a red ribbon in our sun bed hut and no one bothered us. The mexican and Italian were first class. The alercatt restaurant was very good with different food every day and staff always there to help you. there are plenty of bars and entertainment which is on from 8pm till 10 pm every night really appreciate all the hard work these guys and girls are doing for us we will be booking again it's a gem David and Juliette guerin .

Since we discovered this resort, we go there twice a year for 2 weeks. It's like a second home, but with all the luxury of being pampered and treated with such an excellent service. It's always like coming back home to long time friends. We travel with our special needs son, who is treated there with love and respect like nowhere else
