Titanic Beach - Families and Couples Only

I recently stayed at Titanic Beach in Hurghada, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I made a booking for a double room, but upon arrival, their system only showed one person. No big deal, I thought – I’ll pay a little extra to sort it out. However, they had the audacity to demand an additional $600 on top of my original $300 reservation! After much back-and-forth, I spoke with Ahmad, who was polite but completely ineffective. He eventually agreed that I could pay $280 before check-in and settle the rest later during my stay. Reluctantly, I agreed. But just two days later, when I went to pay the balance, they demanded even more money. When I refused to pay immediately and said I’d return later, they locked us out of our room despite the fact that our reservation was still active. I had to go back to the reception desk, where I was met with a rude and dismissive woman who finally agreed that I could pay another $280 just to keep the reservation I’d already paid for! There was absolutely zero understanding or support from the reception staff, who repeatedly passed the blame to someone else. On top of all this chaos, the food was terrible – bland, repetitive, and far below the standard I’ve experienced at other Hurghada hotels. There are so many better options in Hurghada. I would never return to Titanic Beach and strongly advise others to steer clear as well. An absolute nightmare from start to finish.

Quite a big hotel linked with Titanic Palace. Rooms in the older part were very outdated and smelly. Rooms in new part better but wouldn’t say 5 star. Lots of different Swimming pools and close to beach. Big aqua park but did not use. All inclusive wasn’t a fan of the drinks. Wine was very watery and cocktails weren’t great either. Food was very average. Most staff were really nice and helpful.

This is super nice hotel. Food variety is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Some nights few mosqitous in room, but they provide reppelents. There is also a great variety of activities from foam party to petanque. Plenty of pools (warm and cold, as you like) and sunbeds. Waves pool is also awesome, working twoce per day. Recommend and I am planning to return to the same hotel sooooon!

As a solo traveller I was nervous about coming to Egypt. However this hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease. (The only issue I would have with the staff, around the pool as I was on my own I feel they favoured groups when getting drinks. I was often forgotten or not even asked, but this wasn’t a huge deal) the room was perfect. I had a swim up room and would highly recommend. People would go out early and reserve sun beds. But this isn’t the hotels fault. It’s the customers that have little respect. The food was fine. I’m a fussy eater so can’t really comment. It was great that there was a fridge in the room and this was stocked with drinks and plenty of water. I would suggest Coke Zero as well as full fat Coke, but again this isn’t a major issue.

From my first interaction with Maria from Guest services prior to arrival. We knew the hotel would look after us. As an Autistic adult that requires a couple of things Maria took care of it and was excellent. The hotel is spotless and in arrival walking to our room post midnight we saw a fox in the garden which was a lovely bonus. It just stared at us for a moment then carried on with it's walk unphased. Everything was perfect for us. Great food. Enjoyed all ala carte apart from Grill it was nice just not our thing. Fav was Lebanese. Japanese and Italian. Dining room waiters so attentive and really eager to supply drinks etc. Hotel Boss Mina usually wandering about. I wish he would smile more . Really enjoyed the laid back entertainement. Didn't bother with animation shows. Beach area clean and loved walking into sea. Safy in the coffee shop is a great guy and the coffee is always superb. Slides were good went on a couple and the lazy river. The staff at the wave pool were friendly and attentive with or without a tip. Our room was cleaned daily no complaints at all lovely refurb room. Negatives. People selling trips but ask for a red flag. It'd not that bad. Splattering mozzies in the room. We were given a room stray that helped. Plug didn't hold the water to get a shave. I got used to the Mrs having a moustache by the end of the week All in all a great week. Really fabulous hotel. Excellent value for money. It was our 4th visit and we will return.
