Check-in, get more water for tea, delay until 2 o'clock and other requests are all responded quickly. I called for water and slippers and they were delivered within 3 minutes twice. There are also souvenirs that are a little surprise! The subtleties and details show the professionalism of the hotel. I came to Hailar and drove to Genhe and came back to stay at this hotel. I was not satisfied with the previous meal at the Garden Hotel. The breakfast is also good.
