This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The place are suitable for those who want to use train as the train only 300 meters. I always staying here because everything ada di sekitar hotel. Such as kedai makan, dobi, watsons and tempat ini tidak pernah sunyi.

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!

Muslim friendly hotel. Very helpful receptionist. 1st ever hotel with ladies swimming pool. Definately recommended to stay here when i have a work in putrajaya. Affordable place to stay. Overall...very satisfied hotel to stay with families. Keep up the good work and stay with the cheap price. Love!! 😍😍

One of the best hotel available in Putrajaya. Location is just a few steps away from Alamanda. Spacious and clean room. Very good buffet breakfast. Overall, it was good stay.

Marvelot Hotel in Kajang is quite a nice hotel with valuable price, the cleanliness of room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable too. Recommended ❤️

Best experience and short stay vacation. Really easy to acces the place.The price is affordable but the security deposit quite high. This hotel apartment is very comfortable and they have a great swimming pool. The staff there are really polite and always helpful.

The room is too small for two beds. The hygiene is OK. You can still smell the wood smell of a new hotel, but it doesn't matter to me. I prefer the smell of wood. There is a bug. There is no shower, only a bathroom heater. If girls don't want to wash their hair, they need a shower cap, otherwise they will get soaked. Everything else is OK

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

AT around 3pm stmg sudennly a man come in my room . luckly it was't when i take bath when he come in. After i ask why come in and he just answer me he got the master key room , and i also dont know why he suddenly come in. When i go down ask reseption and say maybe is a room sevice . i dont know what exactly it is .
