Great Stay at Monkey Canopy Resort, but Disappointing Experience with Discount stayed for room guest.
I recently stayed at Monkey Canopy Resort with5 families and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, offering cooling weather in the evening. The rooms were clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was particularly hot without any sunshade.
However, my stay wasn’t without its frustrations. I had been informed by the receptionist about a special discount for stay in-room guest for most of the activities within the area. However, when I arrived to check out, this discount wasn’t applicable. This lack of clarity and the failure to honor the promised discount left me feeling disappointed and a bit frustrated.
Just be sure to double-check any discounts or promotions before/after your departure.

Iris Hotel is quite near to the Stadium Kajang, Satay Kajang & MRT Station, just 6-10 min walking distance. The accommodation is quite good and comfy, cleanliness OK, just the towel provided is thin & slightly small. Warm water dispenser and roadside car parking spaces available.

I choose this hotel because the distance is short to my next destination. I hope my review will help others to book this hotel for next trip.
1. Value for money (below RM100).
2. Parking not easily available front of the hotel.
3. The front desk officer is very friendly and pleasant.
4. The room cleanliness is just nice for 2 occupants.
5. The AC and Heater were in good conditions and functioning well.
6. The toilet pipe needs to get repaired.
7. Noise by the downstairs hawkers.

The location of the hotel is easier to find, the price is relatively close to the people, the environmental facilities are average, the decoration is old, it looks relatively old, the surrounding meals are more convenient, the service is okay, there are waiters who can understand Chinese, and it doesn’t matter if they don’t speak English.
