First of all, don't be fooled by the price up to 7 people, actually the price on the app is only for 2 pax more than that, there is an extra charge.. here read the description because this thing is placed at the bottom even though that thing should be the first thing. And I didn't even inform you if you use a pillow, you have to pay more, the towel that is displayed on the bed is also paid for if you use it ๐ so it's easy to quote everything here and the charge is the only thing ๐ซ the organizer should inform you if you want more pillows to be prepared and there is a charge for use, right? happy the place actually for 6 pax is quite crowded, which is okay.... really bad experience ๐ซค

We had a great time. They provided crib for my infant. We visited Dino Desert and Safari Escape Playland. This resort has a lot of potential. Breakfast could be better. We will definitely come back once facilities are complete.

1) The air conditioner was almost 20 years ago, and the whole house was yellow and hot. 2) The lift always broke. You have to carry your luggage and go up the stairs. 3) The most basic toilet paper was not put in the toilet, even I was going to take a shower and hang it There are no hooks on clothes! 4) The toilet keeps making strange noises. The water heater has been yellowing 10 years ago. There have been problems with it. The shower light keeps flashing. I feel like Iโm going to be electrocuted. 5) The door is broken if I donโt understand why. , Just put a small lock, it feels very insecure 6) Direct house keeping without any consent, I am worried about things or financial loss 7) The room equipment is very incomplete, and there are no hair dryers. Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really canโt finish it, very speechless.

Hotel have been renovated with new layout and managment. The rooms is great and very comfortable bed. Hot shower is function and the tv channel is okay. The price paid is with breakfast and surely very affordable for us. Recommended to everyone especially family because rooms is big.

We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.

They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.

It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up ๐

SSyed Burhanuddin Al AididI booked this 3rooms apartment for my small family gathering, it was 6 adults, 3 childrens and 1 baby of us. The apartment was so spacious, simple decorations which really suits us. Paul the caretaker was very nice,helpful and guide us physically during checkin and checkout. The outdoor pool was average, a bit small but my kids were enjoying. Didnt managed to checkout lazy river,swedish garden as we dont have much time. At nightvwe just ordered foods via grabfood.After checkin and before checkout we only play at outdoor pool. It was enjoyable vacations.

CChristina SFirst of all the receptionist was friendly. Room is OK. Interior is great. But you can hardly sleep at night as the sound proof system is too bad especially for rooms located in the centre of the floor. You can clearly hear the sound of water pump, sound of TV, sound of people chatting from other rooms while you are in your own room. Bed is dusty and mattress is not up to standard, low sleep quality. Even though this is a budget hotel but some other hotels like 'best view' in the city with similar price has far better mattress. This mattress is certainly worse than the rest. False fire alarm in the morning. No mirror in the room, so if you wish to make up you gotta proceed to the washroom. It is suggested for the hotel to place a foldable luggage rack or something as there is no table top or space to place luggage at all. Need to place everything on the floor. The price with this standard can hardly compete with other hotels with similar price range. Takes about 50mins to reach KLIA by driving.

KKazaf W1) The air conditioner was almost 20 years ago, and the whole house was yellow and hot. 2) The lift always broke. You have to carry your luggage and go up the stairs. 3) The most basic toilet paper was not put in the toilet, even I was going to take a shower and hang it There are no hooks on clothes! 4) The toilet keeps making strange noises. The water heater has been yellowing 10 years ago. There have been problems with it. The shower light keeps flashing. I feel like Iโm going to be electrocuted. 5) The door is broken if I donโt understand why. , Just put a small lock, it feels very insecure 6) Direct house keeping without any consent, I am worried about things or financial loss 7) The room equipment is very incomplete, and there are no hair dryers. Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really canโt finish it, very speechless.

BBirgit KI find the entrance very attractive, but that was it too. The bed was not made, or the bed covers were not washed properly. I always had a towel over the bed linen. The shower I didn't find the burner now and there was no clothes paper. OK, I'm already aware, I'm in Asia, but yet that was an experience for me that I don't need anymore. I always wondered how they came to an 8.1 review at Booking.com.

DDieyaLarge room, very okay. Comfortable! Only the toilet is not clean, it smells. Tv not function well, no signal. If you want to eat, it's fun, go downstairs, there are all kinds of things.
