"On our second day, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a room on a higher floor with a stunning direct sea view—it made our stay even more special! The rooftop view is lovely, and the restaurant served really delicious food. From Indian to Maldivian, Sri Lankan, and Western dishes, everything we tried was flavorful—especially the butter chicken curry and tuna curry. We were on a half-board basis and missed dinner one night, but the staff kindly offered us desserts and water even though we insisted we didn’t need anything. Their hospitality is truly commendable. The complimentary airport transfers and reminder calls for check-out and shuttles were a thoughtful touch. A truly pleasant and memorable experience!
Highly Recommended!"
"Excellent! The hotel offered a great environment and a convenient location. It was also incredibly clean. While there wasn't a hairdryer, the heat in the Maldives meant hair dried quickly, so it wasn't an issue. Overall, the hotel's ambiance was quite pleasant, and breakfast was served every morning."
"The bathroom in the room smelled very bad, so I sprayed a lot of air freshener to cover it up before going in! I booked a room for 4 people, but there was an extra charge for children. I don’t recommend it!"
"It was great. We added WhatsApp and WeChat in advance, and there was a sign to pick us up at the airport. We also established contact with the hotel on the island. From the airport pick-up to the drop-off at the agreed time the next day, the entire plan was perfect. The room was spacious and had a balcony. There was a beach right at the door, and there were also restaurants nearby. As a stopover hotel, I was very satisfied and would stay here again next time I go to Maldives. 👍🏻 The hotel provides adapters."
"I was so happy to stay at this hotel. All the staffs were super helpful and friendly. It's beyond my expectations and all the foods also delicious. Kudos to Maya, Agus, Akib, Mani, Saroj. They contacted me few days before arrival and also helped me a lot during my staycation. They're more worried about me (I just follow the flow) for my next stay in Maafushi. Thanks H78 Veli, will definitely come again 🫶"
"I booked hotels in the Maldives through your website. But due to the non-availability of rooms, I was able to book a room for only one guest in your hotel. But my guest was two I have repeatedly requested you to allow two guests in our room. But you told me that yes we did it but you didn't inform the hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars due to not knowing the hotel. We are a travel agency and we have to pay a fine of 60 dollars for a room. In that case, we have a huge loss. If you had informed the hotel, they would have given us the room. We were able to talk to the hotel later. We never expected this from your website because there are many websites from which we trust you to book hotels all the time. We are very sorry very sorry very saddened by your behavior."
"Perfect for a one-night stop before heading out to the islands. The location was super convenient—right across from the beach 🌴, making it easy to unwind after the flight. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options to fuel the start of our adventure. Airport transfers were smooth and easy, and we even managed to capture some beautiful beachside photos 📸 before moving on. Great value and comfort for a quick stay!"
"A family of three booked a standard room, and only the couple's information was available when the hotel was booked, so if you want to change to a family room, you can't add money. Before booking, I chose this hotel after reading the policy of ”children are welcome to stay, no extra bed, no extra money”. But the hotel is relatively tough, and it will not work if you don’t change the room... Finally, under the coordination of Ctrip, I changed to a family room (pay the difference). It is said that there is an airport shuttle service, but it is actually a paid shuttle service, which costs 15 dollars for a one-way trip, and only 6 dollars for a taxi. Aside from the good environment of these hotels, facing the sea, although this bathing beach is not comparable to those tourist islands in Madai, it beats 100% of the bathing beaches in Sanya. There is a breakwater in the distance, and swimming is very safe. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there is a large supermarket in the residential area with affordable prices. Snoo Male is also the kind of quiet South Asian town"
"Good place to stay as a transit hotel as they offer a free airport transfer and location is not far from airport. they were amazing in arranging a seamless pick up as we were coming from another resort. Otherwise rooms are basic but clean and functional. Public beach is just across the street but quite dirty with lots of trash. Hotel can be quite noisy especially on 2nd floor as we could hear all the noise from kitchen on top of noise of planes. We unfortunately experienced a power outage but it was resolved within half an hour."
"Since I arrived late in the evening, I only stayed for one night. The beach and ocean are right across the street, but my room didn't offer a sea view. At over 400 RMB a night, it really felt more like a basic Chinese guesthouse. It was reasonably clean, and the facilities were quite ordinary, which I could tolerate.
However, after I came back from dinner, the power went out within five minutes. Since it was a walk-up building (no elevator), going downstairs to find staff was exhausting. They had just arrived when the power cut out again after only a few minutes. This cycle of power outages happened multiple times throughout the night. Eventually, we were left without power, it was sweltering hot, and I was constantly bitten by mosquitoes. I was already exhausted, and this was truly the last thing I needed.
With no electricity, I couldn't even take any photos of the room. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.
After getting home, I complained to the booking platform and demanded a 50% refund. They initially offered 100 RMB, which I didn't accept. Eventually, they agreed to refund 200 RMB, and that's how it was resolved.
Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Being hot and constantly bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of summer was just unbearable."

Great
AAmigo787There was no hot water in my room. I was offered a room upgrade, but it didn't have a balcony. They said hot water would be back the next day, but it never happened. Ultimately, they moved me to a less comfortable room with two beds. Breakfast was quickly gone, and there wasn't enough food. I arrived for breakfast at 8:30, and there was nothing left. After a while, they made another omelet. The rooms themselves are nice, with lots of staff who try to help with everything. You can get to the airport by taxi for 80 rufiyaa, or by bus for 10. The bus stop is nearby. When you want to get from the airport to the hotel by bus, it costs 10 rufiyaa. Turn right when you exit the airport. Tickets are sold at the Post Terminal (red sign).

Great
MMadhusha MendisWe had a pleasant experience at Samann Host, Hulhumalé. We arrived early around 8:30 AM and were informed that check-in starts at 10:00 AM as per their policy. However, the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to safely leave our luggage with them while we explored the area.
The hotel is quite compact, but it offers excellent service and quality. The room was modern, clean, and well-designed—though small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
They also provided a complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which was really convenient. Since we had to leave early in the morning for our flight, they even prepared a packed breakfast for us—such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is just a short walk to the beach road, making it a great location as well. Overall, a simple but very well-managed hotel with warm service. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay near the airport!

LLea ChingVery helpful staff. Upon arrival, the free shuttle was good. The room has 2 small windows which allow you to see sunrise. The breakfast was served at both outdoor and indoor area. The choices were varied. Upon leaving, one staff (if the name is correct) Mr Tanmay helped to take nice pictures.

GGuest UserGreat location just front of beach. Stayed in sea view room and it was 1 st floor. Always hearing sound of waves was fantastic and relaxing. I loved it !! Just close to the road because of 1 st floor , it can be noisy sometime. But not much bothered to me. Room interior was basic. There is balcony. Enough space for relax. Bath room shower was okay but staying longer in the shower , it can be no more hot water. It may be hot water tank is not so big enough. Service was wonderful. Breakfast was okay.

Mmel’sStayed here for a night with my friend before we headed to the resorts. The exterior of the hotel looked nice and modern, and the receptionists helped us with our luggage. Checked in was 2/3pm and we arrived early, had to come back in a while since the room wasnt ready but not a big issue. Located next to the beach, we could easily walk over to the beach and shops. One thing would be how there was no hot water and we had to shower with cold water. And had also encountered a small cockroach... But overall the room was spacious, could easily have our luggage lying openly and still had space to walk around, and had an outdoor balcony (but shared with your neighbor, so will be awkward if you happen to see your neighbor outside when you open your curtains).

CcnoliuThe deluxe room I chose is quite big, about 40 square meters. It is similar to a family hotel in China. The prices here are too high, and everything is imported. If I didn't have business on the island, I would definitely take a boat or seaplane to the island for vacation. This is my second time in Maldives. Every time I catch up with Lamadan, I have to take a taxi to a large hotel next to the airport to have a drink. It's outrageous.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is good, suitable for staying one night after getting off the plane at night, and going to the island the next day, so that you can save the cost of one night on the island, but the toilet sewer in the room we stayed in had a peculiar smell, and even if the exhaust was turned on, the peculiar smell could not be removed. The sanitation of the room was also average, and the breakfast was even more average. However, the self-paid dinner on the day of the stay was good. It is recommended that if there are not many guests, a set meal can be provided, so that the quality will be better

AAnonymous UserWe booked two rooms for two nights but when we arrived the hotel said that have a room for only one night. They sent us to a different hotel across the road and told us they will sort the issue next day. The room was fine but the bathroom had a leaking tap. We had to change our trip plans as we had to checkout from the first hotel following day in order to check in at the original hotel we booked. The hotel staff was helpful and the breakfast was okay.
