I paid for a spa treatment and then when I check the treatment area, it is not a proper spa. It is a small area with many rooms, sperated by curtains. When you are in there, you can hear people talking and walking everywhere. And the therapist was not a professional therapist, just some girl from Bali. Therefore, I decided not have spa treatment. When ask for the refund they did not refund saying that it is hotel policy which receptionist, Nagma did not explain. They kept the money and did not want to refund. Nagma called her Manager and both decided not to refund. Both of them are also very unprofessional. They don't care about the reputation of the hotel and don't know customer service.
