We booked the street view room but we were given a room at the lowest floor with view of wall of other buildings. The front desk manager kept on saying the hotel is fully booked with no other rooms available. But our friends booked through hotel directly were given a room at higher floor with nice view. Very disappointed of booking through Trip.com.

The location is located near Vincom and walking street with walking distance the room decoration is lovely with an elegant bathtub, I feel like a princess living there, the breakfast buffet is various and scrumptious.

Classic style.
The room furnishings are also full of contemporary features, such as telephones. The rooms are spacious and the lobby is grand. The staff was friendly, took the initiative to carry our luggage, and arranged a room on a higher floor for us with a view of the street.
The swimming pool is on a high floor and is slightly smaller, but you can see the surrounding night view from here.
The breakfast buffet is rich.

Package tourists mainly stay here.
The facilities are not bad for the price, but since it is an old building, the space is wide but there are not enough outlets for electricity.
And the area next door had unstable network conditions for roaming and Wi-Fi, making it difficult to work.
I think I will consider it when there are other options.
Again, I am a business traveler, so the internet environment was very important to me, but I was somewhat disappointed in that aspect, and I think the rest is great for the price.
