The location of the hotel is great and everything is within easy walking distance of a short taxi/bike ride away.
The hotel itself was clean but all the decor is outdated and furnishings are very old.
Overall, it was a good place to stay for one night to see the city of Hue.

This place is by far the best one that I've stayed in Hue. It's just 10 minutes away from Hue's train station and there are some shops, mini-marts and local restaurants in the area. The staff is helpful and they understand and speak English too. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable. There was a small terrace in my room, and since it was on the 4th floor I had a nice view from the surroundings. The sun hits the room directly in the morning but there is a door with some gaps that allow some ventilation to come inside the room, even at 8am the room was not hot.
I will definitely stay there in my future trips to Hue.

It was close to the city and the tourist area, and
The hottest palace was right across the river, so it was great to be able to check in and go right away.
The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
In particular, the rice noodles included in the breakfast… They were much tastier than the rice noodle restaurants outside, so I highly recommend them.
I made a reservation for 3 days at first, and wanted to stay longer,
But when I tried to make an additional reservation, the price went up,
So I had no choice but to make an additional reservation on another site.
I wish I could have made the same price when making a connection reservation.
I am satisfied with the hotel.

Good value for money. Good location, located in the tourist gathering area of the city centre. Surrounding facilities are complete, eating and drinking are concentrated here. Especially catering, there are restaurants with multi-national characteristics, and shops with local special products. It is more than 500 meters away from the pedestrian street on the waterfront, which brings together local tourist products of Hue.

It was a tidy hotel not far from the tourist street. I was especially surprised that the breakfast menu was more solid than I thought. The view was good and the service was very friendly even for late check-in. I tried to stay again afterwards, but it was not easy to book because there were no seats often. Recommended.

Great location near a lot of amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality was also decent.
There was a brown spot near the bathtub which was a bit unsightly, but overall the cleaniness was alright. Bedsheets and everything was clean. Toilet was also spacious

I stayed both in the hostel area and in the hotel room at 4th floor. The hostel is only ok for a short term solo stay but the hotel rooms are pretty ok for a long term stay with a partner,friend. They also have big family rooms. The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is great.

Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

GGuest UserI loved this place. It’s the perfect paradise. I got a hillside pool villa and got lucky with one that is very hidden and with some of the best views in the resort. I travel a lot for work and leisure and am lucky to stay in some beautiful places but I really really cherished my experience here - never had I felt so free and calm. Taking walks around the resort was also a joy. I was so happy there I never left the hotel, except when the very kind and amazing general manager, Christy, kindly took me out to dinner at a place right outside the hotel. She is a machine and never switches off, catering to every whim via WhatsApp. I’m so grateful to her and so happy whenever I think about my time there. Can’t wait to go back.

GGuest UserWe arrived here from the overnight train so it was like travelling forward to the next century. This was probably the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. Tbh I didn't want to leave our room, it was so lovely. Amazing views over the city, Large pool with attentive staff - if you needed them. The breakfast had everything you could ever want.
All the staff were super efficient and helpful. Close to all the places to visit. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Very quiet, the hotel staff is super enthusiastic, it is very new and perfect, and there are some free massage services. Although I didn't use them, I still felt at home.
The hotel rents a small motorcycle, which is very convenient for going around Hue.

JJohn Tan JoelI mostly enjoyed my stay at Pilgrimage Hotel Resort Hue. The staff were professional, friendly and always on the lookout for visitors' comfort. Before we checked out, they asked for our flight details so they could offer us airport drop-off and even got someone to prepare a cart in front of our villa to push the luggage to the car! Junrei restaurant, albeit slightly pricey for Vietnam, served up delicious Viet cousine and offered pristine service with on-point service. The rustic and natural atmosphere and environs made the stay very relaxing and serene as well, a very well spent 3d2n at the Resort, would definitely recommend it to others!

The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay.
Every interaction was met with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Special thanks to a jiejje whom gave me borrow her helmet in 2 days and a gege gave us borrow his iPhone charger at midnight.

AArcherName774The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

GGuest UserI stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor.
My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid.
My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.

SSarah and EricThis hotel is a great value. It’s located near many bars and restaurants, but away from the noise. You can rent motorbikes and do laundry directly with the hotel for the same price as anywhere else in town. Staff members are really nice.
Issues:
-karaoke downstairs Friday and Saturday til 10pm. Don’t plant on being home during these times.
-the alley floods with strange looking water half of the days. Careful with shoes and rolling bags!
-AC hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
We would stay here again simply because of the price.

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell.
I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly.
Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well.
Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm.
You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
