Best hotel to stay near Dharwad, very polite staff at reception, very well maintained Greenery all around, Variety of birds singing can be easily heard in morning which enlightens the morning Amazing swimming pool & spa, tasty food served by courteous staff, Overall best experience.

Location is good. The resort is surrounded by many plants and it was a pleasant stay at the resort. The staff were cooperative. The resort also had games and spa services. The massage experience was also good.

Stay at hotel was good. However, they charged rs590- for one napkin which got soiled when my 10 year old daughter spilled some food on it, which as per them it was not white as was kept intially. I wonder, if my daughter would have vomited on bed, the situation would have been worst. They would have told me to pay over rs25k as a fine. We stayed there for two days, they didn't provide any water or tea coffee kit on next day, which i believe a complimentary item for every new day as water and tea are basic necessity. I have suggested them not to give room service for food or else give prior information to the customer of penalty. I wonder they would have asked us to pay for broken also. Luckily we didn't do it. Be careful of such management in future.

I stayed in this hotel for a day and the following are my views:
1. The welcome drink was good
2. Rooms were clean
3. Balconies are maintained well
4. Washrooms are comfortable and neat 5. Weak signals for phone calls
6. The wi-fi does not give great connectivity
7. No swiggy food available inside the premises- if you are a vegetarian and if you do not eat in veg - non-veg restaurants you need to travel for two kilometre to reach hotel kamat or sdm (1 km)
8. Too many mosquitoes near the restaurant overall the stay was good other than food

very beautiful property ❤️ peaceful and very serene , calm & full of green.perfect place for a weekend relaxation. we stayed here for two nights and it was a very rejuvenating experience . we stayed in a cottage which had a jacuzzi. nice interiors and beautiful ambience. the service staff is very humble and helpful. food is also amazing. the chicken kadi patta was especially amazing and also biriyani in banana leaves

The location is close to railway tracks and if some one have sensitive sleep, it’s difficult to sleep. Faucet valve was not functioning and shower spray was almost blocked (50 )

It worth every dime spent and quite hospitable staff. The concept is good and particularly for those on move. Food is good as well.
