Stay at hotel was good. However, they charged rs590- for one napkin which got soiled when my 10 year old daughter spilled some food on it, which as per them it was not white as was kept intially. I wonder, if my daughter would have vomited on bed, the situation would have been worst. They would have told me to pay over rs25k as a fine. We stayed there for two days, they didn't provide any water or tea coffee kit on next day, which i believe a complimentary item for every new day as water and tea are basic necessity. I have suggested them not to give room service for food or else give prior information to the customer of penalty. I wonder they would have asked us to pay for broken also. Luckily we didn't do it. Be careful of such management in future.

It is centrally located..Near to City Bus stand, Moor savira mutt (a religious place of significance), railway station and most importantly to Durgadbail (place to savour Girmit - a tangy puffed rice snack).
The room which we stayed in (3 of us) was comfortable.
Room service and house keeping was clean, punctual n with a smile.
We needed an early check in (0630 am for a 12 noon check in)...It was provided to us at a nominal cost.
The entire hotel staff were courteous n made our stay as good as possible.

This is a very good hotel in hubbali. Very convenient if one wants a night halt at hubbali while going to goa from bangalore or vice versa. Good restaurant and the hotel has a stunning lake view too. Overall very yproperty

Great hotel at a great location. The rooms and amenities are basic and do not reflect luxury. The soap and shampoo in the dispensers were of commercial quality. The room rates were super premium though. To that extent, did not find value for money. The bed linen was not of standard.

I booked it for an overnight stay with my spouse. Extremely satisfied with the stay. The location is too good and it perfectly suited me. Exemplary service by the Front Desk as well Restaurant staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Excellent stay with great food and kind staff. Andra Ruchulu restaurant and Jungle themed restaurant in the property. Impeccable rooms with great service made our stay relaxed and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Mahadev for guiding us on the local places to visit and informing about the available services within the hotel.

Pleasant experience at lemon tree hubli, located at vidyanagar area near to highway. Hassle free check in with complimentary room upgrade. Spacious and well maintained room. All basic amenities provided. Friendly staff behaviour. Only problem with respect to water logging issue in washroom which was attended by team in time and compliance was provided. Breakfast spread was quite good. Overall was excellent. Must try.

GGuest UserThis place is good with all basic amenities. It is value for your money. On the flip side some rooms facing the main road are very noisy, no lift available to go to upper floors.
