"【交通】自駕導航到寫有清研院的大門口，遊客入口排了至少十幾輛車，速度非常緩慢，每輛車都得詢問半分鐘，可能是在交停車費，到門口保安要求出示酒店訂單後免費放行。我們第二天上午退房走時門口照舊排了十幾輛車，這一點實在太影響遊玩感受了，流程設定的不太合理。 【設施】酒店門口有個小停車場可以停放二十幾輛車，我們過去時剛好走了一輛，保安説要不然就得停遠處了。酒店大堂很隱蔽，在兩棟樓的中間爬上二樓才能看見入口。房間是二-五樓，湖景房窗外就是水庫，景色超美可以看夕陽，房間裏面跟圖片的一樣，衞生不錯。床墊有點硬，洗澡水有點小。需要嚴重吐槽的是經常會停水，我們就住了一天，頭天傍晚，第二天一早和上午停了三次，每次時間都不短至少10分鐘以上，服務人員的説法是水泵累了需要休息，反正誰要趕上在洗澡就呵呵了。 【服務】服務員態度挺熱情，先開始給的一間雙床房異味比較大，反映後痛快給換了一間。問路也會很熱情的把園區主要吃、玩的地方介紹一遍。因為有個孩子，打電話給前台多要了一個枕頭和牙刷，馬上就給送過來了態度也很好。退房時收了房卡就OK了，也沒有檢查。 【周圍環境】酒店周邊一小圈的地方有兩三個吃飯的地方，一個咖啡廳白天有表演，一個小型超市、一個有乒乓球有蹦床的健身中心，湖邊有一些可以拍照的擺設，其他基本就是大多無人居住的樓和別墅，平面圖裡麪靠右面的區域完全荒廢，一大片4層的空置別墅甚是壯觀。玩的地方很少，與想象的差距很大。"
