The room was spacious and had a balcony, and the private hot spring was a nice touch. The minibar was stocked with Pocari Sweat and snacks. Even though it was fully booked during the May Day holiday, it didn't feel crowded at all.

Wonderful hotel and stay. Not too far by car from the train station, but a bit isolated and no restaurants outside within easy walking distance. The hotel has restaurants in the main building which served excellent dinner. The hot spring was nice though the water was not very hot. Amenities were clean and complete, very satisfactory. The only issue if you have your window open is there are rain tracks relatively nearby and the noise from passing trains can be a bit irritating. Overall an enjoyable and relatively recently priced stay. Would return.

It's great for families. It's our second trip. It's relaxing and silent, with easy access to the pools. It might be a bit packed during the weekends.

We went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.
