"Love this cute and simple set up. Self Check in process was simple from the machine. Love that there are washer and dryer which was really helpful. Had my daily doses of Americano as well at the kitchen area. The amenities were very well thought of, from cleanser to combs and hair dryer. Small space just enough for one person as you can’t really walk around with bags opened. Otherwise really clean and quiet. Location is not too bad, less than 5 minutes walk to Seodaemun subway. However might not be ideal if one would prefer certain itinerary in Seoul as I find myself spending a lot of time travelling between Hongdae, Myeondong, Seongsu, and Gangnam. Would recommend otherwise"

"This is a hostel with self-check-in. Aside from cleaning staff at designated times, there are basically no services. The Westin Hotel across the street has an airport shuttle, but you have to go up to the first floor to catch it. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, and there isn't even a shower curtain, so the entire bathroom gets soaked after a shower. You have to leave your trash outside the door every morning. Hotels in Seoul are very expensive, so I can overlook the small rooms, but the bathroom design is really something – for the same price, you'd often get breakfast included in Japan."

Bookable through Trip.com. The price was incredibly cheap, only 160 per night. It's newly renovated, so the environment feels very fresh! The bed wasn't small; even at 1.93m tall, I was comfortable. Everyone staying there was considerate at night, so it was quiet and I slept really well. It's perfectly fine for solo female travelers as male and female guests are separated.
The location is actually excellent, near Myeongdong subway station. I truly recommend staying in Myeongdong. Even though it's a tourist hub, its central location means nowhere is too far. And a high concentration of tourists isn't necessarily a bad thing; it also means a full range of tourist services and convenient transportation.
The only downside! Although it's next to Myeongdong subway station, it's located up a hill nearby. It takes about a 7-minute walk uphill. It's not far, but the incline is significant, so it'll test your physical stamina. I definitely recommend staying here."

"Last time I stayed on the 6th floor and the karaoke was so loud, but this time I was on the 7th floor, which was much better! I also used the free ramen several times, and the free washer and dryer were very convenient! What was disappointing this time was that on the first day, the shower immediately felt clogged and the water wouldn't drain, accumulating around my feet. I had to keep stopping the shower, waiting for it to drain, and then restarting. After I finished and before my friend showered, we looked at the drain and it was completely clogged with gunk. When they clean, they should immediately notice if water isn't draining, so I doubt it was cleaned. The sink was also clogged and wouldn't drain. I wonder if they don't check the drains when cleaning. This didn't happen when I stayed last time, so it was disappointing. When I reported the clogged drain the next day, it was cleaned, and the rest of my stay was fine, but for it to be clogged for the very first person showering on the first day is unacceptable. Also, this time, the sewage smell was terrible. Every time we came back to the room, both of us would exclaim, ”It stinks!” Also, be aware that the elevator leading to the Seoul Station bound platform from Jonggak Station (Line 1), the closest subway station, is under maintenance until September 15th and cannot be used."

"The place looks exactly like the pictures! While it's small and lacks a view, considering that, the location and service are excellent.
It was a bit tricky to find at first, especially with the sudden rain, as there's no clear sign on the ground floor. If it hadn't been raining, I probably would have looked up and found it more easily.
I was on a trip to Seoul with my two kids, and they were thrilled with the late-night ramen! Being right in the heart of Myeongdong, we just dropped off our bags and headed straight out to explore.
It was great that they even provided chargers, and the outlets by the bunk bed were really convenient. Despite the small size, everything from the hangers to the amenities felt thoughtfully provided, and nothing was lacking. Plus, there were plenty of towels!
We had a wonderful stay!"

"Perhaps because it's a new hotel, there's a strong odor. The soundproofing is poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room, cars from the street outside the window, and the subway underground, making it impossible to sleep even in the middle of the night.
The hotel provides self-service noise-canceling earplugs and water, but you have to change your own towels. Around 10 AM every day, an auntie comes to clean the check-out rooms. We stayed for 2 days, and there seemed to be no service during our stay; the room's trash was never emptied.
The location is good, not far from the subway station and the Myeongdong commercial area.
Self-check-in was very convenient."

The third floor is for female guests, with capsule-like beds where you can store your luggage underneath. Water, towels, slippers, and earplugs are provided, along with three power outlets. Breakfast is served on the second floor, offering boiled eggs and bread, and there's a microwave. You're not allowed to eat in the rooms; food must be taken to the common areas. There are about 7-8 showers and 4 toilets, equipped with hairdryers and toiletries. The soundproofing is quite good (even though shops downstairs are open late, the accommodation area is very quiet), and guests generally keep noise to a minimum. The only downside is that the toilets are really small, making it inconvenient to open and close the door."

"Oh my goodness! I was so lucky to choose this hostel. I originally booked a room with two single beds and a private bathroom, but the front desk upgraded me directly to a triple room with one queen bed and one single bed – it was fantastic! It was also very close to the elevator, and there's a luggage scale available in the hallway. Downstairs, there's a huge Olive Young (pharmacy/beauty store), right in the heart of Myeongdong. Across the street, there's a convenience store and the delicious Sinseon Seolleongtang, so everything you need is super convenient. The hostel offers a simple breakfast; personally, I didn't find it particularly delicious, but it was acceptable. You have to wash your own dishes after eating, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic and spoke English. I recommend booking two months in advance for more choices and better prices."

nfishThe hotel is located right in the heart of Myeongdong, very close to Euljiro subway station. With many restaurants nearby, the location is incredibly convenient. I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM on my check-in day, so I went up to the 3rd floor via the elevator and found a card key with my name on it at the counter. I believe if I had gone to the counter the next day, they would have told me my room number, but I was short on time and just continued using the card key, which wasn't inconvenient at all. The room didn't have enough space to fully open a large suitcase without blocking the aisle, but since I was traveling alone, it wasn't a major issue. The mirror and light were very handy for doing makeup. The sink, shower, and toilet were all in one area, but it was clean and easy to use. The water pressure in the shower was also good. I could catch a glimpse of the Myeongdong cityscape from the window. There were plenty of outlets, so as long as you have a plug adapter and a voltage converter, you should be fine. Towels were provided in the room, and extra ones were available in the hallway, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. Although it was a non-smoking room, there was a smoking area very close to the hotel, which made it tolerable. I would definitely consider staying here again for a solo trip! Thank you.

ねねえI went to Seoul alone for cosmetic surgery, and although I was a little anxious and scared, I'm so glad I chose this hotel!
The location was easy to find, and I was able to get there without getting lost even though it was my first time.
As a woman traveling alone, the surrounding area felt safe, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.
Being in Dongdaemun, there were many famous Korean chain restaurants nearby, and many of them offered Japanese-language service, which was very convenient.
Above all, the room got plenty of sunlight, and because it was still relatively new, it was very clean and pleasant.
If I have the opportunity to go to Seoul again, I would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you!

TJOoiThe hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to catch the subway and bus as it's quite close to both stations. There are restaurants and various shops right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Within walking distance, you'll find stores like Daiso, Olive Young, Shinsegae, Starbucks, Ediya, and many, many restaurants and snack stalls. Myeongdong Night Market and the underground shopping mall are also nearby. The hotel staff are all great, and the breakfast is good too. Freshly brewed coffee, instant coffee, and tea bags are always available. Sipping tea in the dining area feels just like home. What I loved most is the daily laundry service; the small washing machine is incredibly handy, and they even provide drying racks, which is just too convenient. If I come back to Seoul, this will be my first choice.

Guest UserWe stayed at this hotel from August 10th to 17th.
Location-wise, it's a 50-minute commute to the city center. Check-in is done via a machine, so don't expect a smiling face or a warm welcome wishing you a pleasant stay. Not a huge deal, though.
The room isn't cleaned during your stay, as the owner (an elderly gentleman) informed us. However, towels were changed twice, and toiletries were replenished.
The bed was quite firm, which wasn't ideal after long walks until midnight, but it only bothered us for the first 15 minutes before we'd drift into a deep sleep. The air conditioning works well, and so does the extractor fan. The panoramic windows really add to the hotel's appeal.
Overall, I'd give it 2 stars, which is what it's rated.

It was nice that they let us take one drink per person, and the room was spacious and clean, which was nice😍 The staff were all very friendly! It was such a great experience that my Japanese friend said he wanted to stay here again when he comes to Korea❤️ I'm glad you made good memories.

Anonymous UserThe location is the best selling point, located right in front of Seoul Station Exit 10 (there's a short flight of stairs to exit the station). Hotel is equipped with an elevator. Room size is perfect for solo travellers that will be out all day and only need a place to sleep and shower. However, room space might be an issue if you have big luggages (I only had carry on luggage with me). The walls are a bit thin so I can hear the guests from the next room talking and switching off their lights, however I can't really fault it at the price that it is. Will definitely consider rebooking if im solo travelling in Seoul again.

大阪名物This hotel is just right for a 2-3 night stay. My check-in was scheduled for 5 PM, but when I asked if I could store my luggage, they actually let me check in at 3 PM. The nearest major station is Gangnam, so getting around by bus is quite convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. Given the hilly area, a combination of bus and taxi would be ideal. I chose a standard double room, which is perfect for those who prefer showers. The only minor issue was a slight cigarette smell.

**Facilities:**
They provide a free water dispenser with both hot and cold water, and a kitchen where you can cook. The hot water and air conditioning both work great. However, the bed rails felt a bit flimsy and wobbly.

**Environment:**
It's comfortable when there aren't many people, but it gets very crowded when full... the space is just too small.

moo257It's only two minutes' walk from the nearest station and has excellent access.
There is a convenience store right next to the hotel, and there are 24-hour restaurants nearby, so it's convenient.
A refrigerator, dryer, and smartphone charger are provided in the room.(i-phone&type-c only)
If there is no staff at the front desk when you check in, you will need to obtain your room number using sns.
As others have written, the cleaning situation leaves room for improvement.
However, you will be able to stay at a very reasonable price, so I think it would be a good idea to bring slippers and other things to make up for the parts of the floor that are not well cleaned.
