We were completely satisfied with everything in the Horst hostel. The check-in was friendly and quick, the rooms (we had family room No. 14 with 4 adults) were very comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is huge. The free parking is right behind the house. Breakfast offer was not huge (but is also not realistic to expect at the size of the hostel shop), but fresh, of good quality and delicious and we had everything we needed. A walk takes 5 minutes to the center, where you have a lot of choice of restaurants, cafes and bars with relaxed atmosphere and with a lot of outdoor gastronomy. The operators were very, very friendly, speaking fluidly German and enjoying continuing to help with all questions. In particular, we have a refrigerator filled with about 30 beers and soft drinks in the lobby area, which you can use (free). You can also stay in the general area of the hostel if you don't want to stay in the room. The hostel also offers a dinner you must order before (not sure how much pre-order you need). We did not try this at this visit, but we would test it next time.

I and my friend have had a lovely stay of 2 nights, where we have also had the first night of a lovely dinner in the restaurant. What an ambiance! You really do you wait in la France! The brocante facility, the lines with bottles of wine at the bar, a nice sliced croissants at breakfast with sweet French songs on the background ... and top a small piece of France in Limburg! Friendly reception, all pleasant communication and a pleasant conversation with one of the owners. The room was happy! We stayed in a standard guest room. All as nicely furnished with the eye for detail! (Like a beautiful soft bathroom!!) a nice large soft bed and a TV hid behind a painting so it does not damage the atmosphere of the space. Very ingenious 😄 Sure a recommender for a short holiday in your own country!

We were completely satisfied with everything in the Horst hostel. The check-in was friendly and quick, the rooms (we had family room No. 14 with 4 adults) were very comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is huge. The free parking is right behind the house. Breakfast offer was not huge (but is also not realistic to expect at the size of the hostel shop), but fresh, of good quality and delicious and we had everything we needed. A walk takes 5 minutes to the center, where you have a lot of choice of restaurants, cafes and bars with relaxed atmosphere and with a lot of outdoor gastronomy. The operators were very, very friendly, speaking fluidly German and enjoying continuing to help with all questions. In particular, we have a refrigerator filled with about 30 beers and soft drinks in the lobby area, which you can use (free). You can also stay in the general area of the hostel if you don't want to stay in the room. The hostel also offers a dinner you must order before (not sure how much pre-order you need). We did not try this at this visit, but we would test it next time.

I and my friend have had a lovely stay of 2 nights, where we have also had the first night of a lovely dinner in the restaurant. What an ambiance! You really do you wait in la France! The brocante facility, the lines with bottles of wine at the bar, a nice sliced croissants at breakfast with sweet French songs on the background ... and top a small piece of France in Limburg! Friendly reception, all pleasant communication and a pleasant conversation with one of the owners. The room was happy! We stayed in a standard guest room. All as nicely furnished with the eye for detail! (Like a beautiful soft bathroom!!) a nice large soft bed and a TV hid behind a painting so it does not damage the atmosphere of the space. Very ingenious 😄 Sure a recommender for a short holiday in your own country!
