The room is reasonably designed and is a suite with two bedrooms inside and outside, suitable for family travel. Open kitchen, large dining table, complete pots and pans, clean and organized. The sea view room on the 27th floor has a wide view and good sound insulation effect. This was a very satisfying stay, a perfect ending. When I got into the elevator, I met a couple with five children. I guess adding an extra bed, a matching double sofa bed and a 1.8-meter large bed would be very comfortable. You can go to a Japanese-run supermarket in 10 minutes, which offers good quality and low prices. You can get discounts on fruits and vegetables if you enter your passport. There is a bar on the first floor with singers, as shown in the picture below. Five minutes walk to the beach.

We stayed in room 911. The place was clean and tidy. Exceptional view of the Ocean and Diamond head. Front desk staff did an outstanding job. Special Kudos to Jonathan. Mark Howard the property manager kept in contact with us throughout the 2 week stay. Great communication and was insuring we were taken care of. No resort fees and parking was only 30 dollars a day. Small garage but worked just fine. Just a block to the beach and perfect location. I would definitely stay here again. No bugs. woohoo.... It is an older property but is in very good condition and well maintained / clean. Get a car and explore the island.

The hotel is great and clean and our room was a good size. I was sad that they didn’t have an actual pool. They have a waddle pool for kids and a hot (warm) tub. Parking at the hotel is quiet expensive and the walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. It was nice to be able to get towels, beach chairs and umbrellas from the hotel to use at the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants steps away.

I did a lot of research before I booked. First time in hawaii and wanted to save on our stay since we wanted to spend our money on experiences versus accommodations. This hotel is in a great location: close to restaurants and the main street of waikiki. We did not go to beach from there since we rented a car and spent our beach time in other areas that were less crowded. Pros: great staff, comfy bed, cool atmosphere, water refill station, restaurant on site, free coffee. Cons: it's a very popular hotel that hosts weekly events so it can get loud in the afternoon and early evening by the pool and you will hear it from your room. Noise always stopped by 9 or 10... just keep that in mind. Hotel has a younger vibe and is great for social media. Pros: dogs! Cons: dogs! Lol you will hear them bark occasionally. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is about a 10 min walking distance to the beach. Located in a central area near the Waikiki strip that has a Las Vegas strip feel (busy, crowded). A lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Food is expensive overall in the area. Hotel itself has a restaurant inside. Beautiful lobby area that includes a community microwave and a soda stream machine. They give you a sample of Dole pineapple frozen yogurt at check in. Good customer service, friendly staff. Damien, our valet guy was great! $45 valet parking daily but $30 dollar/day parking option across the street behind Ross. Queen room was cute, colorful but a bit smaller than expected. Carpet and bathroom outdated but has a balcony. No microwave in the room but snacks and kettle for hot water, as well as tea. Big closet for your clothes a plus. TV has cable channels but no premiums. Housekeeping good with bringing towels daily. Can get beach towels from front desk. Pool and sitting area on roof is nice. Overall we had a good experience and the hotel is cute and practical.

We are a family of four staying for seven nights. Well appointed apartment with free guest laundry on the same level which was so convenient (level 11). Overlooked “Gillian’s” wharf./jetty. Great coffee across the road (lapperts). A very pleasant stay
