Beautiful view, but walking distance kinda farther. The day I check out early in the morning, I called to front desk to ask if any one can come to check the room while we walk down to lobby, but the service was rude hung up without saying goodbye. They don’t have room cleaning here during your stay so prepare. We had breakfast at this Hotel is really breath taking view, but again the service is not excellent and the english muffins was burned.

The location is great, right across from Waikiki Beach. Some rooms have sea views, and ice cream coupons are given as a complimentary check-in.
In a serviced apar**ent, there is no room cleaning. You can call the front desk to change towels and garbage bags.
The facilities are old and the elevators are powerless to complain about... 4 elevators break down in turn, and I experience free fall from half a floor every day, and I am trapped in the elevator 😅 (the maximum capacity is 16 people, but it actually breaks down after 7 people)

Great room on 24th floor, spacious, clean, kitchenette perfect and lanai w partial ocean view. The free ice cream tickets were a plus and unexpected but the resort fee is high and you cannot get out of it. However, the hotel had water stoppage, electricity outage and elevator malfunction all in my short under 72 hr stay. Did you read 24 floors... I waited 15 mins for it before my stair descent. be aware. Many elders were upset, rightfully so

We felt it was a very good location. Walkable to many places. The Hawaiian music & dance was enjoyable, as was the Friday evening fireworks.
The suite was very comfortable with a huge lanai. Very enjoyable stay!!

The property was older and at the time we were there the onsite restaurant was closed, pool heater was broken and the elevators stopped working. Overall not the best property condition.

The elevator situation is no joke. During peak times going to your room can take a while. Also during peak times trying to leave your room can take a long time. Wait time ranges from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, if not more. They limit 7 people per elevator so if you are on a lower floor leaving your room can take some time.
Overall the hotel is old and is in need of renovations. The rooms are big and the full size fridge is a plus. But the bathroom is small and there is a mildew smell coming from the shower curtains. There is also a lot of outside noise that makes it into the room. We had a room facing Ala Moana street, so all the car/traffic noise was heard in our room on the 23rd floor
The hotel has lots of memories for the family but with the current state the hotel we can not justify returning until the issues get resolved

The room was fabulous as always, but the elevators kept breaking down causing long lines and wait times. Need to get them fixed permanently. This could be a serious thing in the event of an emergency, especially for those requiring assistance staying on the higher floors.
