Espacio the Jewel of Waikiki

We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage. A huge thank you to Anna! My parents, who are in their mid-80s, faced a 15-hour flight delay due to weather in Korea. Anna went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of until their departure. Without her help, the last day of their Hawaii trip could have been stressful and disappointing. Thanks to Anna, their trip ended on a positive note. Wesley was another standout staff member. Every morning, he treated us to the best breakfast experience. He was attentive and always made sure to accommodate our requests. His kindness and professionalism made each day start off perfectly. The pool on the top floor was amazing! Being able to reserve it for private family use was such a unique and luxurious experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is warm and friendly. Despite my parents' flight delay, which could have ruined the last day of our trip, Anna and the team saved the day and left us with wonderful memories. In my 50 years, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii—you won't regret it! Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!

This place is the best in Hawaii for sure. I’ve stayed everywhere. The four seasons and ritz Carlton etc etc. this place is above and beyond though. The food is excellent and rooms are all suites. What else can you ask for ? Also the service is top notch. Shout out to Wesley, Chef, Ralph Manu, and the rest of the staff for making my family happy. You guys are the best and I will come back many times . Private dining is a must . Massage was excellent. Would recommend this place any day. Also private pool for your family. Also they have pick up and drop off from airport and free rental car Lincoln Navigator during my stay. You guys are the best keep it up !

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service and experience at Espacio were so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. For context, I've stayed in suites at Halekulani, Prince Waikiki, and the Ritz, but Espacio truly stood out. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The suite's den was perfect for meetings—private, quiet, and comfortable—while the amenities allowed us to take relaxing breaks without leaving our space. The privacy throughout our stay was amazing, making it easy to unwind and focus. Everything from the entryway to the lobby, concierge service, and even the staff uniforms was flawless. A big thank you to the concierge for letting us know about the Waikiki event and ensuring we had full access to transportation, despite road closures. We were fortunate to have a view directly above the stage, enjoying the concert from the privacy of our balcony jacuzzi. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

This was by and far the best hotel my family and I have every stayed in including The RItz-Carlton, Fairmont, Steingenberger in Brussels and just about every Disney resort (e.g. Aulani) available. We were looking for something that could accommodate 2 adults and 4 mid-younger kids (ages 10-16) and this place was exemplary. The suite was spacious and luxurious and the best part was that both the adults and the kids enjoyed the space and service equally well. Usually, when we travel we have to always choose either accommodation level (e.g. nicer 5 star rooms, which almost always is a hotel/small suite but never a larger 2+ bdrm suite) or ammenities (e.g. resort like aulani) - if we stayed at the Ritz then that would be more for adults and the kids wouldn't enjoy as much and when we stay at resorts (e.g. Disney, Marriott, Westin, etc) then that is more for kids and the adults don't enjoy themselves as much. At Espacio, both kids and adults were equally satisfied and it lead to a ver memorable experience. The service was also above anything we have every experienced, with an attention to detail that was amazing. The fridge was stocked with bottled water and cans of pop/juice and replenished daily, there were beach/pool "toys" available for guest including floaty's and body board. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to be brought to the beach, which is literally across the street. A few minor negatives: parking is not on-site but there is a valet who will bring the car up front but it takes 10min which means some planning is needed. There is no gym on-site so you need to walk around the corner to another hotel (about 3min walk) to use a gym, which is included. Also, the hotel is on the main road of Waikiki so at night there are loud cars/motorcycles that can be heard inside the master bedroom but the noise is usually gone by about 10pm. The master bedroom does not have blackout blinds so those who want to sleep in may be awoken by sun coming into the master bedroom. Overall, it was a very memorable experience for my family - as much with the kids as it was with the adults. I would definitely stay here again. It is pricey but it was well worth the cost for my family.

This was our second time staying at Espacio which is hands down the best place you can find on Oahu. We’ve stayed at all the 4 and 5-star hotels in Waikiki and the suite, facilities, staff, privacy, service, and location of Espacio are unmatched.
