Very central and staff are very accommodating, the only hassle was that I had to wait until 2.30pm after arriving at 5.50am and I was very tired after travelling from Australia. Check in time was 3pm so I do appreciate the half hour earlier check in, next time I will add an extra day. The staff were also very polite from the front desk to housekeeping, a very nice place to stay at Ohia Waikiki Beach indeed.

The place is beautiful,great service,I’ve been to this place before and I would absolutely recommend to friends and families to book here,everyone is just so friendly….thank you Ohia employees for taking care of me and my kids.

Great location, but old building, not a 3 star establshment. The staff is friendly, parking is expensive ($45 per day). Toilet seat does not stay up, so women friendly place.

I was supposed to stay just for the day since my flight was late at night. But I could bear inside of it. Had to leave right away. Hope I can be refunded.

very good location..infront of Nordstrom Rack Waikiki and a block away to the famous Marugame Udon..the room was outdated but very spacious, had 2 queen size beds and 1 single bed, and has a kitchen with stove top. Microwave oven and kettle upon request..will definitely book again next time

I flew in early and and when i arrived for checking in my room is not ready, and they asked me to wait 5mins for til reached 30mins my room still not ready, and i told them i have a meeting a bit so i left the hotel and they told me they will give me a call if my room is ready. And i never get a call from them so i decided to go back there about 2 hrs and asked if my room is ready theh said yes but they en er call me to let me know and no compensation for the poor service they gave me. This place is not recommendable

For the Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites, Feb 17 - Feb 19, I payed $100 for the security deposit at check in Feb 17, and I did not refund yet. The hotel staff said it will be returned in 3 or 4 days. But today Feb 26 still I did not.

Good hotel for a moderate price considering the location. Very convenient for a short stay.

Just disappointed that hot water was warm only

This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. On the first day I checked in, I found a small cockroach on the bed. I told the front desk they didn't have room to change my room. In the middle of the night, I found several cockroaches around the child's clothes. There are not only small cockroaches around, but also some red spiders and many red belly bugs. I grabbed it with a tissue and the white sheet turned red. It was blood, I'm not sure if it was its own blood or if we were bitten by it. I was catching bugs all night and it was the worst experience I have ever had myself.

The location is prime! Very well centered, absolutely loved the location. Front desk was nice and friendly. They provide beach towels at the desk so you can get them on your way out to the beach. No self serve ice machine, so you gotta go to the front desk and ask them, which they will gladly give you a bag. I must say the rooms are old, esp the bathroom but everything was working fine. The elevator i also old but it worked perfectly. Would 100% stay again. I’m mostly out during the day so really using it the place to sleep. The building looks nice from the outside. There’s premium filtered water in the lobby for free.
