Booking in at reception was a friendly and very easy experience. The room was good but had more of a close up view of bushes than a City View.
The food I had was good, however the bar was often very busy with just one person making the food and serving drinks. I tried to get served a few times but had to leave and returned a bit later for service.
The location was very good for bus services and convenient for walking to local Waikiki beaches and along Kalakaua Ave.

There was a coffee maker, but it was covered in dust. The coffee cups seemed unwashed and were still there with half-empty coffee in them.
The location is close to Ala Moana and you can walk there.
The room was spacious and had Wi-Fi. When I checked in, the front desk staff translated and helped me understand in Japanese, which was nice.

It was a great location to go out and have fun.
I could get to Kahanamoku Beach by walking for about 10 minutes.
It was nice to visit Ala Moana Center because it was close by.
The disappointing thing is that the bedding was a bit uncomfortable.
Due to its location near the road, it is unfortunate that there is noise.
The swimming pool is the same size as you see in the picture.
It's small compared to other places.
It was convenient to use because there was a refrigerator, and the bathroom was open. It seemed like it was. I think it's good value for money on its own :)

Located on the opposite side of the street from the Prince Hotel, it is not a place where you can easily go to Waikiki Beach, but on the other hand, Ala Moana is less than a 10 minute walk away.
I think it's safer to send an email to the hotel in advance saying you'd like to park rather than going to the hotel on the day, but it's a hassle and even if you're told it's full, you'll be directed to a nearby parking lot. , I don't have any trouble with that, so I think you can rest assured.
If you don't care about the view or the ocean front, I think it can be an option as the price can be kept down.

I really did not expect how bad the room was going to be. We were just staying here for 2 night before we went to a different island. I knew that I was not expecting a 5 star stay. The price and location was what I was after. With all this being said I am not here to hurt a business but the state of the room was horrible. So extremely beat up and dirty. I really suggest replacing the carpet panels in the room, the cleaning staff, and hiring a handyman to fix and replace broken items.

The hotel is classified as a “boutique hotel”. Very quaint and all the staff were very friendly. Room was clean and nice in size. Great location to everything downtown. There is a small bar that is really cozy and serves great coffees in the morning.

This property is not beach front, as it is advertised. It is also located on a busy street so traffic noise is definitely an issue. Checkin staff were courteous and professional. All things considered, I would stay here again given the current price.

It’s not a bad place. But is older. Parking is very limited and expensive. Staff is fantastic
