Amazing location with very nice staffs . There’s two restaurants in the hotel which serve excellent food. Will visit here again .

Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

If you want enjoy Waikiki beach this hotel will be one of best choice. They gave little upgraded room for us and last day they gave concierge room for taking shower and changing clothes after checking out. We should made line for sun beds from 7:30 morning. We can enjoy swimming pool and beach both sides whole day. Very famous Dukes restaurant located lower lobby floor together with swimming pools we can order foods and drinks really easy and live music from the restaurant every 4 pm was making really nice vibes~~

Everything was great! Superior location; love the smoothie shop downstairs and closeness to Maui brewing! Some noise at night but to be expected given the location.

Just downstairs is the beach. The location is very good. The rooms are large and the facilities are old. The hotel's restaurant is very popular and requires reservation.

The location of the hotel is great and convenient for traveling. The buffet restaurant on the LL floor is great and has a great view! The interior decoration of the hotel is beautiful! Recommended!

I used it for 3 nights and 5 days on a family trip. I'm glad you were able to spend your time comfortably! thank you very much! It was fun✨

The staff were friendly and the facilities weren't bad. We stored our luggage after check-out, so we were able to spend the rest of our trip comfortably. One thing that was disappointing was that it was an ocean view room, but I could see more of the city than the sea.

Arriving at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the morning, the hotel front desk helped to check in early! It solved the most trouble! The hotel is very close to Waikiki Beach and has two popular restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. There is no additional cleaning service after staying for two days. This is acceptable. You cannot dry clothes on the hotel balcony. There is a clothes drying space inside the room.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The location is close to Waikiki Beach, and there are many places to eat and play nearby.

My wallet might have been stolen by the service staff in the lower lobby of the hotel. This Asian boy insisted on putting my carry-on bag into the trunk, so I gave it to him without much thought. Later, when I arrived at the airport, I found that the wallet was missing. up. I didn't open the bag during the whole process, and the last time I saw the wallet was when I tipped this guy. Now the hotel says they are checking the room, but they say they checked the room several times, and now they are handed over to the security guards, and they won't find this guy for me. elder brother. How should I put it, what a disappointing way of handling it!
