Very convenient location, walking distance to Waikiki Beach, close to lots of restaurants & shops.

We were not warned/told about the renovations. The room was old and dated - bathroom wasn’t super clean. The location is perfect and the service was great!

Melissa, Jessie and Mr Kalani were all amazing service providers! I had one of the best and most comfortable stays here thanks to them. They are always ready to accommodate and help! They usually start shift around the afternoon to evening time however! The facilities were all great too! Being able to have a microwave and an ice box as well as ask for extra amenities like toothbrushes and body lotion was never too tough a task. Also it is close to 2 big malls -, namely waikiki and international marketplace. It was within walking distance to other big brand names and one can easily join in the fun on the streets. The only downfall was the other customers and how thin the walls were - which meant noises and talking even in the middle of the night. But other than that, it was a great stay. Great for solo travellers too :)

The hotel, it’s really good location my room was floor 17 is clean nice view from balcony very quiet stuff, friendly and good and professional very good breakfast, the front desk it’s professional staff special the girl her name Cassandra she really helpful and one guy on the front desk Also when a check in I forget his name was good and friendly, I will back again thank you :-)

Yes if the price is not so expensive I stayed 3 night @40% off was still quite expensive

Prime location near Waikiki beach, about a 5 minute walk. Rooms have very thin walls so you can hear just about very giggle and sound your neighbors make. Front desk was very accommodating in trying to help find a room with no people next door.

Location is close to Waikiki and many shops area, I like the restaurant downstairs near the entrance, the staff is helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and cost-effective. The driver helped check in and provided a kettle. If I come to Hawaii again next time, I will continue to choose this hotel.

There was a line at the reception desk and I waited in line for 40 minutes just to get the key. They talk and don't respond quickly. Prices are reasonable. The location was good

We could have checked in early, but the front desk at 11 o'clock said that we can only check in at 3 pm at the earliest. The beautiful lady at the front desk at 2:30 pm had a good service attitude. She checked in early and kept smiling. Also, please note that there is no microwave in the double room on the second floor. .

The room is very small, especially the bathroom. The shower is so small that you can't even turn around. The most annoying thing is that they say there is breakfast, but you have to take a meal coupon to the opposite hotel to eat. The interviewer from the opposite hotel treated us very badly, as if we were begging for food. It's such a rip-off!

Access is very good, and although I checked in at 3:00 am, the front desk staff was very helpful. Free Wi-Fi was connected as soon as I asked for the password The coffee maker in the room is broken and unusable The shower has hot water, but I didn't feel like using it because there were flies here and there, probably because of the season. Amenities and towels were sufficient Check-out is at 12:00, so it was nice to be able to relax.
