Very clean and new. The bed is comfortable. The window is big and can be half open to see the nice view. Washing machines available and you can have the space to cook if you want.shuttle bus runs in every hour to Waikiki and magic island and nearby mall. Walking distance to supermarkets and malls. Short drive to Foster botanical garden and art museum.

I want to stay here again! It was our first time in Hawaii as a family of four. The room had a washing machine and was on a high floor with a great view. We could see Diamond Head from our room. It was also nice that it had a kitchen. They changed the towels and made the bed every day. There's Walmart, Ala Moana Center, Target, and other shopping options nearby, so it's easy to get to, which is great. We also enjoyed going to Waikiki using the Pink Lorry.

The room is not soundproofed, and I was woken up every morning by the sound of children running around upstairs. The room I was given was on the first floor by the road, and the sound of cars passing by was quite loud. There was nothing except towels, so please bring your own. It's quite a long walk to the beach. The advantage is that it is relatively new, and it is convenient to go out to the restaurants at the intersection and the shops at Wailea.

The rooms are OK, but the only thing I'm not satisfied with is the $48 package (which can be consumed in the hotel) that is forced on me, and it's daily, $48 a day😭

I was also shocked that he was so unapologetic about not having a room to spare. This is a long-term rental area, and Target, Walmart, and luxury stores are very convenient. However, there are mostly Koreans here, and the Korean-faced lady at the front desk is obviously discriminatory and indifferent. I don’t know how to evaluate it. The hotel is very new and modern, but the service has not kept up with it. The previous guest's domestic garbage under the sink was not disposed of. The long swimming pool and small shed need to be booked at the spa. The dining by the pool is very delicious, plentiful and cost-effective. Then it should be noted that only the corner room in the entire hotel has a full sea view, so it makes no sense for me to book a sea view room. The area is also on the small side. The bed was very soft, but I didn't feel any backache at all.

The room is very beautiful, with large French windows, clean and sanitary, and complete facilities. Facing the sea, it is not far to walk to Waikiki, and there is a large supermarket opposite. I am very satisfied.

One day, no one cleaned the house. I ordered breakfast but was charged extra for breakfast. The management and service are really average.
