The rooms are really small with literally little space to manoeuvre. It’s barely manageable for an individual but for 2 people it is cramp. Hotel has a policy referencing to some HK law thus not providing dental kits and bottled water. Hotel patrons have to pay for dental kit. Currently back to HK with other hotel and it is provided so not sure why.
With no bottled water, had to go to a single high floor to get from the only dispenser which is together with the semi-open gym. It rained and the equipments were covered up so gym couldn’t be used. Had to refill water at night and the level was dark and a pole stand was there to state it was “closed”. How can someone get water then?
A positive is that it is along the main road and generally close to the MTR. Personally would not book here again and would choose others

It may not look like it , but this hotel provides one of the greatest value for money in the area. It costs lower than majority of hotels of its class and provides very large comfortable bed rooms. If you aren’t looking for a luxurious hotel , then this will more than suffices. Far better than brands such as Holiday Inn Express , Ibis, Novotel

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice.
The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

we changed the resident from 1 friend to another but the hotel would not allow this, so one room ended up unused and we had to book a separate one because the original friend was unable to come.
It was a cold day in Hong Kong and it was 5 degrees in the room as the hotel did not have central heater. not staying in this hotel again.

Not quite in the central area but still close by- close enough to walk. Area is funky with lots of cool restaurants and bars close by. The hotel has lots of space and bed is very comfortable- much bigger than the last hotel I stayed in, in central. Will definitely return and recommend!

The best hotel experience I've had in Hong Kong! I'm not sure if they gave me a free upgrade or not, but the room was amazing! I was also on the 5th floor, right next to the free coffee and tea room.

Second time staying at this hotel. As the hotel is located at a very strategic location, accessible to airport bus (350m), Wanchai MTR (250m) & multiple tram stops.
Surrounded by shops, 7-11 just around the corner.
Last stay here was 1 year ago, only change to the room were that water and some room amenities (drinking water, room slippers, toothbrush, etc) needs to be redeemed from a vending machine on G floor. Reception will provide a QR code (with limited value) for you to redeem. That was a little of a downside as our QR code wasn’t work on the first night, and we need to purchase water from the machine.
Bed is a little on the hard side, pillow lack support. But still a good sleep.

This was older hotel on island with upper house hotel and connected in basement with the best premium shopping with very high end stores like Richard mille . Very good service with the staff really amazing . Only bad thing is if u don’t like older dated furniture in the hotel and its rooms.

BBlessedBeeFirst time staying in this hotel. The room is quite big compare with others hotel. Booked Deluxe Family room but was upgraded to bigger room. Thank you for the upgrade! Room is clean, no weird smell, not dusty. Just next to Moko mall and Mongkok East MTR station. Very convenience. Will stay again at this hotel when we come back to HK.
JJanet ChuLocation of hotel was quite convenient because it's easy access to Yaumatei MTR station and Nathan Road.
Cleanliness was not up to standard due to old carpets in room caused bad smell once entering the room. Had reported to staff on day one when checked in, but nothing could be done due to other rooms also had the same situations.
Some of the counter staff were quite helpful, waiters working in Canteen were nice to clients. Highly recommended menu of breakfast could be revised every week, because long time staying clients would feel boring about the choices. House keeping staff were helpful too!
Strongly unsatisfied with the laundry machine on 18/F, due to totally three dryers were not well performed, clothes were still wet even though just put small portion of clothes.
After complained to front desk staff, nothing could be improved, they just gave a token to client to dry the clothes again! To waste another 40 minutes for drying again!
BBoBoBoringRegala Skycity do provide early shuttle bus to/from the Hong Kong Airport as early as 6am, but since we are on early flight at 8am, so we took a taxi which only 5mins to reach departure hall. We stayed at a Twin Bedroom this time, when we come back on 10JUL24 hoping they will let us change it into a King bedroom instead. Very comfortable airport hotel at a budget.
AAnonymous UserLocation is far from MTR , the nearest is TSUEN WAN WEST need to take taxi from OP mall. About 40-50HKD (depends on traffic)
The hotel service is great. But all the amenities disappointed. For a 4Star Hotels , I expected more of it. But there is no complimentary water *I’m Shocked! even though normally hotel gaves us A lot of complimentary water.
The receptionist say to us start 2 may. They no more giving us water. But overall thank you . 🙏🏻😇
MMarianne Alexis AlmedaThis is our top 1 favourite hotel, The room was amazing very clean and spacious, i was expecting to have a complimentary toothbrush but they don’t have it. Thank you for the small cake our celebrant was so surprised and happy, sad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area since the bad weather came. will definitely comeback here again!
AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. It’s about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
LLuukThe hotel was quite expensive (HK$ 2143 for two nights), but we had a room of 13m2 which gave us a bit more space. It's in a lively district, with nightlife, public transport and the Peak nearby.
The rooms are expensive (which seems to be the standard in HK) but at least the bed is clean and soft, and the shower is strong, warm and adjustable.
We had a nice Christmas weekend in HK.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
BBk64The room is big enough for two but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and they room key access need an upgrade.
North Point MRT is just around the corner and the morning wet market is right in front of the hotel. Amazingly they cleaned up well after the morning frenzy.
You will be surprised Victoria Harbor is so close if you walk towards the sea side.
