I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

Good breakfast, nice staff. Lovely concierge service. The room was big enough amd clean. I have never had a bed so uncomfortable anywhere as it is here. I could sleep relatively little because of it. The air conditioning could also use some cleaning because it is quite smelly. I asked for a room away from the elevator and we were the closest to the elevator

Excellent location just a 5 min walk from HK AirPort Express Kowloon terminal . Thru the upmarket Elements Shopping Mall with lots of high end shops and great eateries .a breeze to walk to the West Kowloon High Speed train terminal and other MTR stations even for this 77 year old solo traveller. Just a comment , I arrived after 7 pm and the lightings were quite dim and moody a big contrast to the brightly lit shopping mall . A bit of getting used to although the bar near the reception area was heaving with youngsters. Highly recommended

Very good hotel for visiting Hong Kong, it's located at Shatin. From the front of the hotel you are one bus stop away from Shatin train station (Shatin Centre) shopping mall. From there you are a few train stops away to Lo Wu station (Shenzhen Railway Station), easy for you when you want to go for a day trip to Shenzhen. There are buses that you could take from the front of hotel that will take you directly to Mong Kok area. Hotel is located next to the Shing Mun river, good running bike path alone this river. The room I reserved is not big, but got everything that I needed. Hotel is non-smoking and the rooms are clean and in good condition. There are a few restaurants inside the hotel, but I prefer the local restaurants 100m away from the hotel. There is a 7/11 store there too. Good nice hotel, will come again next time in HK. Best ever if u choice a couple hour or next morning flight hotel staying as its super easy to find because its connect directly inside the airport n hotel , no even need to go outside , how cool is that.. U buying for location n pretty much is. Its old and stain my room like 1950 motel but price are not cheap ...as said location location location. I order a single double/ queen( i dont remeber , i in 3 different counter in days) bed as I stay alone, n they give me a two single bed or wait....not after i m so tire..it was a high traffic waiting time as May 1 (labour day holiday )when I visit Hong Kong for only a night then go to Japan next morning flight. I like staying at the airport hotel n the best is less strese for next morning flight n u in city rushing w traffic rush ,wake up early or chek in rush problem to airport,I try to go travel with less stress . Easy access there in airport a 7-11 there 24 hrs so...u ll still have access of energy need mid night . But only thing i don't like is the outside the hobby look so update but the building inside hotel room is like old motel n smell..they charge not cheap price. They put me the last room at the end...usually no one like that room if u travel lot n heard the story....for me it just long walk to my room even I only walk 8 times during the stay, it feels endless walking ..as .two times is I forgot my wallet in room n I need go back to grab it. It's quite scary the lightning, the sense , especially in mid night ..even thou.I m an old almost 200 lbs man...see picture..I walk almost 30 room to reach mine there. Inside room is old smell horrible room ..it's 2025 come on , time to do some upgrade or do some renovation please...the carpet is like cheap $200 yan motel use, what u can get inland china motel use. I don't even want to touch or stand on bare foot or open or touch any cabinet door inside the unit n they don't give water or snack to accommodate too ...for me its not for kid to stay the room that i stay i give a 2 stars hotel. The switch ,button everything....need improve. Overall Front staff are friendly , easy self check in n out .Good for transfer flight. Better than sleep downstairs bench in airport for sure. But it's not cheap n it's not cheap. If they have hourly rent will be nice. Not a hotel u want spend holiday with kid to stay at my opinion. Good for transfer.

Kowloon Shangri-La offers an excellent location with stunning harbor view rooms that truly elevate the experience. However, the service left much to be desired, as some staff were unfriendly (rather rude), and the check-in process was particularly frustrating, with a 40-minute wait. Additionally, the hotel doesn't cater much to children, and the pool is quite small, which might be disappointing for families. While the views and location are a highlight, these shortcomings detract from an otherwise promising stay.

Pros: 1) Excellent Location right at market 2) Room amenities & cleanliness are top notch in the hotel . 3) Breakfast is sumptuous and has a really wide variety in the buffet options . 4) Concierge desk is super . Very helpful staff. 5) Housekeeping staff is super quick & efficient . Area of improvement: -Reception staff needs to improve on courtesy and manners . They are very cold and need to be more courteous and customer friendly . -Reception charged 10 HKD$ extra for a page print of your flight ticket even after staying in The Mira suite room. This is really annoying and unexpected from such a big hotel to levy such petty charges on print outs . Some things are not expected from a star category hotel . The management should look into this petty things & try to make small amends.

CCHEN WEIRating: 10/10 We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable. All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

AAlperI don’t often write reviews but this time I will. Great location, extremely friendly staff that speak English, Mandarin and of course Cantonese. The housekeeping staff were great and friendly. Especially the lady that cleaned our 2707 room on 13/05/25 was so kind to my girlfriend who was suffering from sunburns. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The only two things that need change is that the doors slam closed really loudly and woke us up a few times and the showers don’t have doors so the bathroom can get wet. Ps: sorry for the messy room photos, we were checking out and I realized I didn’t take any photos yet.

CCigarDadaLiving up the legend and an iconic Historical Luxury that could endure International Standards, from the hardware maintenance to the overall ambiance and interactions with the staff to all little details. Amenities from all Narumi to silver wear to International TV channels etc. The hotel staff was well-trained in the Hong Kong style of hospitality, being efficient and eager to resolve any guest issues promptly with clear communication. I have always wanted to experience the Peninsula’s hospitality, and I am glad I finally had the opportunity. For seasoned travelers, this is definitely the Choice! This isn’t for the casual traveler who measures their adventures by price tags rather than the rich tapestry of experiences that come from authentic details.and the cost of this level of hospitality. Pre arrivale: Even though I booked through Ctrip, I would prefer if the room setup included more English options instead of being entirely in Chinese. I hope this can be addressed for future stays. Thank you! Sorry I didn't take many photos 😅

EEvanggggggggggI’m satisfied with the room, facilities and in-room dining service. Attitude of staff at check in session is great. However, for appointment of spa, though I had remarked that the contact person was different from the guest who was going to enjoy the spa, staff made wrong direct contact to the guest instead of me (the contact person). That had spoiled my surprise to my guest.

HHorsegirlBooked a staycation at WM hotel which was conveniently located next to Sha Ha beach (5-10km walk from hotel). This hotel is great for people who like water sports - we rented kayaks at the beach next to the hotel.  The room was nice and clean, the toilet was very big. There was a bathtub and a shower tray. The front desk was also very helpful - we called to ask for extra towels and blankets and they delivered those to our room very quickly.  The fitness center is open 24h, which is great. The only thing that could be better is that the swimming pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm. It would be nicer if the pool opened earlier and closed later.

KKeren CTook a long time to check in. I stayed at Royal Garden many times and they’re never fast during the check in process. But this time it took them over 15 mins to find a room for me when it’s after 10:30pm. When I got into the room, there’s a strong chemical smell (like they used some kind of chemical to clean the tiles near the entrance). And it was so slippery that I had to use a towel to cover it. Quite disappointed this time, unfortunately.

GGuest UserI’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy. Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else. I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.
