Hotels Near PopCorn in Hong Kong

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my wife and toddler son. Location was superb, so convenient. The hotel is connected to the famous Popcorn Mall and TKO MTR station. Lots of shopping, food, breakfast, and supermarkets nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate your needs. The communication between front desk and concierge was also efficient. They dealt with room changes in a smooth and fast manner. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was huge by HK standards, and the rain shower was refreshing. I think the housekeeping team could have done a better job cleaning the room and replacing the towels. I could not give their service 5 stars because in my experience staying at 5 star hotels, if your clothes are scattered on the bed for instance, or toothbrush is out, the housekeepers generally fold and put things back in an organized manner. The breakfast had both western and cantonese options, all being decent. The service at breakfast was nothing special at all (considering they were not busy either) so there was no excuse. When you are seated down for breakfast, the waiters should ask weather you would like coffee/tea and bring it to your table. Did not happen. You can order customized eggs, but no one brings it to your table surprisingly. What sets a 5 star hotel apart from others is all about the service. Some departments had better service than the others, so the consistency across the different departments is not aligned. I actually don't mind coming back to this hotel again, however the service should be improved.

Stayed for three nights and four days. Room is clean although minimal amenities (2 cans of water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided). There are some vending machines on the ground floor. Little sky garden area on 6th floor is quite nice as well.

1. The location is far from the city but it close to MTR so you could save more budget from expensive hotel in city. 2. You can experience the real local area especially food, and good store. 3. There are several convenience store , mall, and yes 7-Eleven plus circle K there. 8. Breakfast is great

Given my previous stay at the hotel in August 2024 which I really liked, I decided to stay at this hotel again in Nov 2024. The rooms were clean, spick and span, housekeeping did a great job. Location wise, it is actually not too far from Central Hong Kong via MTR and thus is a good balance with time, cost, and distance. I look forward in staying at this hotel for subsequent visits

As a business traveler, my stay at Hotel COZi Harbour View in Kwun Tong was highly satisfactory. Located in East Kowloon’s bustling business district, it’s just a 5-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR, offering seamless connectivity. The modern, spacious room with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped workspace catered perfectly to my needs. The stunning Victoria Harbour view was a bonus, providing a calming backdrop after a busy day. The staff were professional and attentive, and the proximity to Kwun Tong Promenade and meeting facilities made it ideal. Despite no free plastic amenities, it’s a practical, comfortable choice for work trips.

After arriving at the hotel, check-in was smooth. Got the room quickly. The staff took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive floor suite. Very good experience The room is large and there are TVs in the bedroom and living room The bathroom is also very spacious Opening the curtains, I could vaguely see part of Hong Kong's seascape. The sheets are very clean Television also has different international channels. Can watch HBO etc. About 10 minutes from the subway station Transportation is 10 minutes convenient

The location is convenient👍It's not like the courtesy of a big hotel. It's a very simple and convenient accommodation space. It's also very comfortable and unpretentious. It's not bad for a night's sleep.👍I'll stay here again if I have the chance.

They offer QR code to request any service such as “towel, cutlery, bucket of ice etc.) you don’t even need to call!! 7. It’s perfect that they made us to stay until 2PM Wonderful stay

I recently stayed at the Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel on 31/12/2024 and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, my stay had several challenges that impacted my overall satisfaction. Since there were no available double bed rooms on the non-smoking floor, I was assigned to a smoking room on 9/F. As a non-smoker, I expected a slight cigarette smell, but the odor in the room was quite heavy. I informed housekeeping to spray air freshener while I was out for dinner, but the smell persisted, and even after checking out, I could still smell it on my clothes. Additionally, the room itself felt outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s, and it is in urgent need of upgrades and maintenance. The decor and furnishings could definitely benefit from a refresh to enhance the guest experience. Another downside was the Wi-Fi connectivity. The signal in my room was poor, making it impossible to download games to my Switch. I found myself having to stand in the corridor just to complete the download, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff were polite and attentive, which made a difference in my stay. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which provided some comfort despite the other issues. In summary, while the Harbour Plaza North Point Hotel has potential with its friendly staff and spacious accommodations, significant improvements are needed in terms of room conditions, maintenance, and amenities.

A decent modern hotel. Was upgraded to family room which is spacious and comfy. The whole room was very clean. A $500 deposit is necessary and along with the newly implemented hotel accommodation tax the check in process was a bit long imo but it’s fine. The only downside is the location, it’s far from mtr station and there are no restaurants nearby. Food delivery is the only choice. I recommend taking bus and alighting in kai tak tunnel bus station which is around 5 mins walk away from hotel. With that being said, I think this hotel gave me a brilliant experience at such price point and I would recommend it to others.
