I haven’t been to Hong Kong in five years and I experienced the new hotel in Hong Kong - Meng Zhuon Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the subway station opposite. The service staff are all young, fashionable, good-looking, friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel like spring breeze. Due to its excellent location, every hotel room has a sea view room with an excellent view. Looking out is the Victoria Harbor, which makes people feel refreshed. The decoration style of the hotel is simple, fresh and fashionable, and design elements are reflected in all details: the design in the elevator, buttons, lights, graffiti on the guest room aisle, the wine set in the room, the shape of the lamps, as well as the body lotion and toiletry brands It is a very niche MALIN+GOETZ! I was pleasantly surprised, the taste is unique😃😃😃 My bug battery broke, and the hotel promptly brought a charger to charge it. The room was a bit cold, and they also brought a heater promptly. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! (Sorry for any omissions) The greeting card before leaving was also very beautiful and heart-warming. Service details are reflected in all aspects, both hardware and software make people comfortable and satisfied. I wish business is prosperous! 🥰🥰

First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

My stay at Hotel Icon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping at all. One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was the availability of a printer in my room. This was a lifesaver, as I needed to print some important documents for work. Another thoughtful touch was the drinking water dispenser in the room. This was much more convenient and environmentally friendly than providing bottled water. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the minibar was completely free. This is a first for me, and I was delighted to be able to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about the additional costs. Overall, my stay at Hotel Icon was truly exceptional. The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Hong Kong.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

Great stay! Couple stay with 2 huge luggage bags plus many shopping bags as well, and the room is spacious enough to accommodate. It’s clean and coffee, tea and water are provided. Highly commendable on their services and staffs are exceptionally nice and friendly. Location wise, it’s so convenient. Less than 10 mins walk to K11 and TST station. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the stay and will be back for sure!

Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. Hotel is very convenient to MTR, bus to airport, restaurants all around the area and malls for shopping. I would like to specially mention their staff’s honesty. I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. The next day my relative told me he got the phone already. Thank you.

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. It is located in a building right next to Jordan station. It is a place that can be reached not only by subway but also by N bus even late at night. Even I, a first-time Hong Konger with no sense of direction, was able to go there. Since we had informed them in advance, they kindly accommodated us even though we had to check in in the middle of the night. The staff at the store were very kind and kept my luggage with me even after I checked out, lent me the bathroom, and carefully told me about recommended sightseeing spots and restaurants. I was a little confused about the hotel entrance and how to get to my room because I hadn't checked the email I received in advance, but Trip.com's operator helped me with all my confusion and troubles even though it was late at night. Thank you very much for your kind response, which was really helpful. The room has everything you need, is clean, and is a good value considering the price. Conversion plugs for electrical outlets, hair dryers, and towels were also provided. Since the shower and toilet are in the same place, it may be difficult for those who are not good at it. Last time, I was able to make a last-minute reservation for a weekday stay, but next time when I tried to make a reservation on Saturday and Sunday, the same great room was already occupied. If you are unsure, we recommend making an early reservation.

This trip to Hong Kong was beyond my expectations. I met Sister Yu, who was very nice in the hotel. She was warm and polite. Thank you Sister Yu for your hospitality! I checked on the map before and saw that the Hong Kong City Hotel is close to the high-speed rail station. Later, Sister Yu also introduced that this is the hotel closest to the high-speed rail from the Hong Kong Family Hotel. The room I stayed in actually had two windows, the sun was shining brightly, and Hong Kong, where every inch of land is expensive, was too extravagant. The food downstairs is so tempting. Sister Yu introduced it very patiently, and I also tasted the authentic food of Hong Kong as I wished. Go downstairs and pass through the beautiful Kowloon Park for a few hundred meters, which is Harbor City, Tsim Sha Tsui.
