The location is fantastic – Jordon MTR station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to reach Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, as well as various shopping malls and food courts. Luggage storage is available on the first floor, and check-in is on the second. They accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and came with a bathtub, toiletries, and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Great location with Jordan MTR station nearby. There is a convenience store, McDonald’s and Starbucks just across the road, and the food hall and restaurants from the hotel.
Room is comfortable and clean, air con is powerful and cold. There’s also a small safe to keep our things locked away.
The only small issue is there’s no fridge.
The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly and diligent in the turnover service. We are delighted with our stay.
It was nice there was a mini gym and pool to use within the facility.

For its price range in Yau Ma Tei, this is likely the best hotel in terms of ambiance and comprehensive amenities. All towels and in-room facilities feel brand new. The bathroom is also spotless and very hygienic. Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are provided, and they even have a water dispenser, which is a really thoughtful touch! The mini-fridge is well-stocked. The only minor downside is the absence of a comb.

I have stayed here before and there are some things I love and some things I hate about this boutique hotel. I love the location, the friendly staff, the size of the rooms and the free coffee. I hate the thin walls, the uncomfortable couch, and the lack of room amenities including power sockets. This last issue is completely unacceptable for a mid tier hotel. There are a total of 4 sockets with 2 in the kitchen, 1 for the television and one for the kettle (no coffee or tea bags offered). In the past they have leant me an adapter but not this time. See pics for proof and note there is nothing near the bed. Also, the toilet didn't flush properly 🤢

The area is great, eventhough the building is old. The service is very good. The landlady was great, she’s really accommodating thought there was a language barrier, but with AI language assistance, everything will be smooth. Overall. Our stay was pleasant. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, money exchange in the area. Not to mention the public transport. So near from the bus stop and just a meter away from the MTR Jordan station. It’s very very convenient. 5 stars for madam..I just forgot her name. Very good people.

Arrived late night and reception staff were very friendly and helpful - fantastic attitude. Rooms are compact, but clean and good minimalistic decor. Great option for the price in the mid tier range

Very simple Hong Kong style guest house. The room is tiny but it's very clean and the location is great. Polly (the woman managing the hotel) was very friendly and even lent me an umbrella when it was raining.
If you need a clean bed and a roof over your head for a decent price, it's a good place to stay.

The location was near perfect—super close to the bus station near Nathan Rd, so basically super easy to access while using the bus.
The room was neat and clean—the bed was comfy and big, the AC worked perfectly, and all electronic outlets worked flawlessly. A foldable table is placed within the room, and there is space underneath the bed to store suitcases. The shower worked fine, and the towels were clean.
Just beware that the rooms are not too soundproof.
The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building, and the elevator is a bit slow and usually takes quite some time to get to and from the ground floor.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here once again if I were to visit Hong Kong again solo.

We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment for our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. We were prepared for the high prices in Hong Kong, but it was our first time staying in such a small room. It was quite interesting. We were worried that our family of four wouldn't be able to stay there, but the owner was very helpful in putting the beds together. It was quite comfortable. It's in the city, very convenient for HKU and Tsim Sha Tsui Steel. Recommended

Considering how space is at a premium in Hong Kong, this hotel is pretty decent. Traveling solo, the single room was just right. The room even came with mainland Chinese power outlets. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. It was also easy to find. The location is great for getting around, with the MTR station nearby. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof. Despite that, I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Very Good
SSupansaI'm a solo female traveler. The room is super small, but fantastic for the price and location. The entrance is right next to the metro stairs, so no wandering around searching and getting tired. You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

EEllen Jena⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Service, Hospitality & Location.
Nathan Hotel went above and beyond during our stay! We loved the clean, spacious rooms, early check-in, and amazing breakfast—even while the dining area was under renovation, they made sure guests still had a hot and satisfying meal (unlike Holiday inn express Kowloon, which offered only poor excuses and cold sandwiches).
We had planned to visit Macau on our last day, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Thankfully, the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out at 1 PM free of charge. We even asked to extend it until 4PM (willing to pay), but they were fully booked—still, we really appreciated their hospitality and effort.
The location is fantastic, right by the MTR and even walkable to Victoria Harbour. We only regret not booking our full trip here. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserIt's a treasure shop! I found a treasure at this price! The location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, it's very close to the subway station, and there are convenience stores and shopping malls downstairs.
You can store your luggage in the store. Although it's small, it has everything. The room is really not small at this price! Everything is easy to use! The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic and careful. They told me very patiently how to use the room buttons and keys. They will also enthusiastically introduce the breakfast shop to us. The hotel is in good order as a whole. They must be a family who loves life.
There is hot water and boiled water in the corridor. The boss said that the cups are disinfected every day. I drank the hot water and there was no peculiar smell. The cups and kettles were clean.
The room is relatively clean as a whole, without peculiar smell or cockroaches. The toilet is also clean and looks relatively new. Toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo are provided, which are all easy to use.
There is enough space under the bed, and the space at the door can also unfold a large suitcase.
The air conditioning is easy to use.
The refrigerator in the room is also very useful. When I checked in, the refrigerator was super cool. The air conditioner and refrigerator are better than some mainland hotels with king-size rooms of the same price.
The hair dryer is easy to use and has enough power!
The shower in the room has hot water, but it needs to be boiled for a few minutes in advance. But the heat is definitely enough!
I didn’t take pictures because I was worried that the photos would not be as good as what I saw with my eyes! I wish the boss a prosperous business! Make a fortune!

EErhuoI felt the high cost of land in Hong Kong, but the room was still warm and clean. From the front desk to the room, everything was very clean. The toilet was also very clean. There was food, drink and entertainment downstairs. It was very convenient right next to the subway entrance! The boss was also very nice. I recommend staying here!

(The reception is in Room B on the 4th floor)
No. 242 Nathan Road, Jordan, Kowloon. The location is good, near the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Station and close to the subway🚇, making travel very convenient. The surrounding facilities are good, with large shopping malls and many shopping stores. The room is clean and tidy, and the items are neatly arranged. There are special facilities guitar 🎸 and guest card. It makes people feel beautiful and comfortable. Especially the front desk staff are very friendly [rose][coffee] cordial greetings, civilized warm service and thoughtful. Wave goodbye to guests sincerely when leaving the hotel. This hotel stay was a very pleasant experience [love][love] I will definitely recommend it to my friends! Congratulations on the hotel's prosperous business. May your hotel business prosper! GGuest UserCheck in time is 2pm but was allowed to our room at 12:30pm. Jordan tram station B2 entrance in front of hotel with lift. Note no floor mat provided so expect the shower area to be wet. Dim sum here, master congee, 兴记煲仔饭 within walking distance and must go and try. Many many eateries around the hotel. If want to go Avenue of stars and K11, you need to take tram or bus, walking need 30min

TTheSamGorMy current favorite stay in Hong Kong.
Great price and location.
Decor is still very modern with minor fixes around.
Got a minor upgrade from twin room to the bigger twin room.
Staff are very helpful, when I had boxes delivered over.
Has amenity kit like toothbrush and toothpaste that's not using plastics, which many hotels don't have.
Bed mattress is kinda hard, but I found it very comfortable in my 4 night stay.
I was hesitant on the shower being next to the toilet seat, but actually the circular shower curtain does the trick, not much water is spilled out.
Will return again for sure.

AArturo Enrique VeveThe room is very small, but it's OK as a place to sleep while on a long layover in HK. The owner was helpful in finding the place as I was lost when trying to find it. I went to a building with the same name, to the same floor and could not find it. Later by phone the owner met me on the street, directed to the correct building and let me into the inn. There is no breakfast in this location.

GGuest UserThe twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed, you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door. There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower. The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants, banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.
