The location is fantastic – Jordon MTR station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to reach Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, as well as various shopping malls and food courts. Luggage storage is available on the first floor, and check-in is on the second. They accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and came with a bathtub, toiletries, and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Traveling to Hong Kong with young children, the Eaton HK is an exceptional choice. The room was a standout feature. For Hong Kong, it was remarkably spacious, giving our child plenty of room to play without feeling confined. This extra space made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxed. The staff's hospitality was another highlight. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Their patience and positive attitude toward our child made us feel incredibly welcome. The swimming pool is fantastic for kids. It's a safe and fun place for them to splash around and burn off energy, quickly becoming the favorite part of our day. The Eaton HK provides a wonderful experience for families with its roomy accommodations, top-notch service, and child-friendly amenities. It truly made our trip memorable.

⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Service, Hospitality & Location. Nathan Hotel went above and beyond during our stay! We loved the clean, spacious rooms, early check-in, and amazing breakfast—even while the dining area was under renovation, they made sure guests still had a hot and satisfying meal (unlike Holiday inn express Kowloon, which offered only poor excuses and cold sandwiches). We had planned to visit Macau on our last day, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Thankfully, the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out at 1 PM free of charge. We even asked to extend it until 4PM (willing to pay), but they were fully booked—still, we really appreciated their hospitality and effort. The location is fantastic, right by the MTR and even walkable to Victoria Harbour. We only regret not booking our full trip here. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

The Cityview Hotel - Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong has very helpful staff who provided us with great advice on visiting popular attractions around Hong Kong. Our room was clean and was tidied up daily throughout our 4-day stay. The hotel’s location near the Yau Ma Tei MTR station made traveling around the city very convenient. There are also plenty of local Hong Kong food options nearby, and we really enjoyed trying a variety of dishes during our stay.

Check in time is 2pm but was allowed to our room at 12:30pm. Jordan tram station B2 entrance in front of hotel with lift. Note no floor mat provided so expect the shower area to be wet. Dim sum here, master congee, 兴记煲仔饭 within walking distance and must go and try. Many many eateries around the hotel. If want to go Avenue of stars and K11, you need to take tram or bus, walking need 30min

Absolutely delighted with my stay! The location is unbeatable. It's incredibly easy to find, right at a main intersection, just a 2-minute walk from the MTR station, and the A21 airport bus stop is right at the doorstep. Both the hotel lobby and rooms feature a modern design. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room, while compact, never felt cramped, boasting a smart and cozy layout. The air conditioning was also very efficient. My only minor complaint was the slightly noisy air conditioner directly above the bed at night. Light sleepers might consider earplugs, though after a tiring day of sightseeing, I found myself drifting off quickly anyway, haha. They offer very thoughtful luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. This was incredibly helpful, allowing me to enjoy my last day, retrieve my luggage from the hotel, and then easily catch the A21 right outside for the airport! I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong! Truly, I couldn't be happier.

Good location (Yau ma tei exit B2), many 7-11 branches around. Hotel provide luggage storage when early arrival and after check-out. Room is tiny but comfortable, air-conditioner work so well, great sound-proof wall, small bathroom. This room type has window but unable to open. The cleanliness is not that good as expected, allergy attack at day 1 but other days are okay. Overall good place to stay if luxury is not your first choice

The hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, less than a ten-minute walk from Jordan MTR Station. There's a bus stop right downstairs, with routes like 1, 1A, 6, and 7 taking you just three or four stops to Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier Station. From there, Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars, Harbour City, and K11 are all within easy walking distance, and you can also catch the Star Ferry. The surrounding commercial area makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. While the hotel rooms aren't particularly large, the facilities are good, and some even include a bathtub, offering excellent value for money. I especially recommend the hotel's rooftop bar; sitting outdoors in the evening, you get a direct view of Hong Kong's tallest building, the International Commerce Centre (ICC), and the night view is truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent service. Overall, I had a very positive experience during my stay.

Unique among Hong Kong hotels -- with sometimes way more affordable rooms for the space provided -- like, the room was surprisingly roomy, such as something you'd get at the Ramada or Best Western -- but actually bigger. Lovely staff and great location too.

Great location; Value for money and the staff is super nice. The hotel is right next to the subway, easy to find and very close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that is a downside was that the walls are not sound proof and I had to ask the neighbouring rooms to be quiet a few times, since I was travelling for business and wanted to get some sleep. All in all, I do recommend this place.
