Overall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻

i love the view from my hotel room. you can see the mountains, city center, port, etc. it is conveniently located near the metro and is well connected by buses right at the main road. the room is relatively clean except for a few tiny black bugs. it would be great if the pool is free for guest use. the staff are polite and helpful, they can speak Mandarin too. 2nd time staying here.

Sarah assisted me to smoothly check in & she was friendly, patient & helpful. We have stayed in Ibis Sheung Wan for the 5th time. Convenient location. Mins walk to Sheung Wan & Sai Yin Pun MTR & tram stop jus 2mins away from hotel. Airport bus A11 is also nearby at Macau Ferry Terminal Stop. No frills room but are neat & clean. We'll usu request for a topper for the mattress as we find a little hard. Pillows also abit too high else everything is great! Thanks Team Ibis SW 🙏👍

Honestly I have been a client of this hotel for over 10 years, I requested to cancel my reservation 2 days ahead because I had a problem with my visa and couldn’t leave china at the time being, but they merciless kept the reservation. So I think they got my money for that reservation but they won’t see me anymore.

The room is very clean and only my concern is no free coffee😅😅😅😅 the view is beautiful !!! All staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is good. Rooms clean. The hotel lobby has a water dispenser which is very helpful since it is for free and water here in Hong Kong is very expensive. Service especially from the Filipino staff at the Front Desk is poor. Unwillingness to help and answer queries and seems like he does not know what he is saying. He kept us waiting for check out when there was a self check out counter that we discovered by ourselves. The Filipino staff never bothered to help us and was dismissive. Poor service attitude. Meanwhile, the Chinese lady at the Front Desk was helpful. We also encountered an incident where we got stuck inside the elevator on the 5th floor. It did not open and we had to wait for the fire men to force open the lift. It took some time for them to rescue us making us more exhausted after a long tiring day outside. Never received an apology from the Front Desk after the incident.

The hotel room was comfortable and perfect for solo business travelers. The location is decent, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. The convenience stores and a supermarket are a few hundred meters away. The MTR station is around 500-600 meters away. The price is affordable, and the triple room is the best deal. The service is fantastic, and the gentleman at the reception was very polite and friendly.

Location wise, it is particularly convenient if coming from / travelling to the airport as the bus-stop is just around the corner. Room was comfortable for 1 -2 person (by HK standard) but will be tight if travelling with large luggage. The carpet is rather worn and bed / pillow is rather thin. Very pleased that the shower is not right next to the toilet (which can the case in some HK accommodation).

I always choose to stay here with my family during our holidays because feel safe and comfy very accessible without breaking my bank account 👍👍👍😊😊😊
