The hotel itself felt a bit dated and didn't quite live up to my expectations. However, its location is excellent, and the service was good. Miramar Plaza is right outside the hotel's doorstep, and Harbour City is also very close. The Avenue of Stars and the Star Ferry are within easy walking distance too. You can also find several century-old restaurants nearby. It's a reasonable option depending on your budget. If you're looking for a better ambiance, the Prince Hotel might be a superior choice.

Efficient check in and out. Location is perfect. Just take lift to lobby then it’s connected to a shopping mall with all kind of restaurants and shops. Also just above the MongKok East station. No matter you need to travel to which direction, Hong Kong island or new territories, just very convenient.
No time to try the swimming pool this time.
The Chinese restaurant at 3/F is good. service is warm. Have discount on food if you are hotel residence. Just the room is a bit dim. Room rate is reasonable . Overall is a nice hotel!

This was my first stay, and the location is absolutely excellent, being directly above Hung Hom MTR station – incredibly convenient!
I booked an Executive Room wanting a harbor view. During check-in around 3 PM, I requested a king-size bed. The front desk mentioned that a king-size room wasn't ready yet, but twin rooms were available. We expressed our preference for a king-size bed and were willing to wait. To our pleasant surprise, the lovely front desk attendant then offered to arrange a complimentary upgrade to a suite for us. We were incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and efficiency!
The room assigned was 18116, just around the corner from the elevator. We were truly delighted the moment we opened the door! It featured a spacious, bright, and impeccably clean living room, a kitchen, and a generously sized bedroom. The harbor view from the window was absolutely stunning!
The pillows were a bit soft, so we simply stacked two together. The room was wonderfully quiet, with no noise disturbance whatsoever, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night.
We bought bread from Saint Honore Cake Shop on the ground floor and enjoyed some fragrant tea at the dining table in the living room. Watching the blue sky, white clouds, and fishing boats passing by outside the window was incredibly relaxing.
When checking out the next day, we conveniently stored our luggage at the front desk. The staff member there was also very helpful and polite.
Highly recommended!

Our cleaner was incredibly friendly and thorough. The room was spotless and very organized; she even neatly arranged our personal items. The door frames and faucets were polished to a sparkling shine – so clean you could practically see your reflection! Truly outstanding! The hotel's location in Tsim Sha Tsui is fantastic, with a shopping mall right downstairs. It's particularly suitable for families traveling with young children. During the off-peak season, we got an amazing deal, booking the hotel for just over 500 (local currency). Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit A2. Cleanliness was satisfactory. They provide Wi-Fi, disposable toiletries, and USB charging ports; however, it's advisable to bring your own travel adapter. Free luggage storage is also available. The room was indeed a bit cramped, but that's typical for Hong Kong and to be expected. The staff at the front desk were friendly, though the service might be slightly less polished compared to Macau. Still, my overall impression was positive. There are plenty of delicious restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring and sampling local cuisine as you stroll around. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Our two-day stay here far exceeded our expectations! From its convenient location and comfortable accommodations to its overall family-friendly environment, it's exceptionally well-suited for families traveling with children. We wholeheartedly recommend it to parents planning a trip to Hong Kong!
🌟 **Superb Location! Hassle-free Travel with Kids**
The hotel is right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, just a 5-minute walk from Exit D. It was incredibly easy to get to, even with luggage and a stroller. The surrounding area is packed with amenities; there's a convenience store, a local cafe (cha chaan teng), and a fruit shop right downstairs. This was so handy for grabbing breakfast in the morning or fresh fruit for the kids in the evening.
Getting to popular attractions was also a breeze: Disneyland is only a 40-minute MTR ride away, and Tsim Sha Tsui (for Harbour City and Victoria Harbour views) is just 10 minutes. This really saves a lot of travel time and prevents tiring out the little ones, which is a huge plus for families with young children!
🚼 **Family Amenities: Room for Improvement❗️**
They did not provide children's toothbrushes or slippers.
🏠 **Comfortable and Practical Room, We Felt Right at Home**
We booked a sea view king room, and the space was more generous than expected. Even with the crib set up, we could easily maneuver the stroller without feeling cramped. The bedding was very comfortable, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring my wife and I slept soundly every night after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning allowed us to adjust the fan speed, preventing direct drafts on the baby and avoiding any chills.
There was free, fast WiFi in the room, so streaming cartoons for the kids at night was seamless. We enjoyed views of both the city street and a partial view of Victoria Harbour. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
🍳 **Hassle-Free Breakfast, Happy Kids**
The hotel breakfast is served on the 1st floor. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was practical and perfectly suited for children: they offered plain congee, boiled eggs, steamed pumpkin, and mini steamed buns – all light and easy-to-digest options, along with milk, juice, and fresh fruit. Our daughter happily ate half a bowl of congee and an egg every day, which saved us the trouble of finding kid-friendly breakfast spots elsewhere.
The restaurant staff were also very friendly. They proactively offered kids' cutlery when they saw our daughter and greeted her with smiles, creating a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
💡 **Tips for Families with Kids**
1. We recommend confirming your crib and other children's amenities with the hotel 1-2 days in advance to ensure they are ready for you upon arrival.
2. There's a pharmacy and convenience store nearby, so should you forget any baby essentials, you can easily pick them up downstairs.
3. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, so it won't disturb your child's sleep. However, the Yau Ma Tei Night Market is not far. If you plan to visit, go before 8 PM, allowing you to soak in the lively atmosphere without disrupting your child's sleep schedule.
After our two-day stay, our entire family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers an excellent location and truly superb value for money.

This is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

The location is fantastic – Jordon MTR station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to reach Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, as well as various shopping malls and food courts. Luggage storage is available on the first floor, and check-in is on the second. They accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and came with a bathtub, toiletries, and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Very Good
MMewiiiAs a frequent traveler to Hong Kong, I’d say this hostel is my top favorite as of the moment and we’re already planning to book again for our next year travel back to HK. Location-wise, it’s the best. Walking distance to the harbour, nearby malls like Silvercord, K11 Art Mall, Mira Mall, and Harbour City, surrounded by restaurants and fast food chains, a grocery in front, and two MTR exits (A1 with lift and escalators going up and down, and A2 with escalator going up and stairs). It is also few blocks away from Bakehouse (😆). In terms of room size for 3 pax, it’s livable and pretty spacious as compared to our room on the 9th floor last year 🤭 from the same building. We have 5 luggages - 2 carry ons and three medium check-in luggages, and yet there’s still space for the mini table and chair and we still have space to move inside the room. I love their big glass windows which give us the best view of Nathan Road. They also offer water refilling dispenser which is a big saver because bottled waters in HK are pretty expensive! Stayed here for 6 nights and got new towels everyday after the room has been cleaned, and bottled water replenishes. Rooms are clean and looks the same as advertised in the pictures. Only cons I would say is that the shower area doesn’t have a door or divider so water splashes everywhere and floor gets flooded, but still tolerable. I would also like to suggest having a microwave for food reheating. 😁 aside from that, everything you need is here. In terms of room rates, price is okay and expected for HK standard; still cheaper than booking a hotel room from known hotels in this location which would also require security deposit. As for this hostel, no need for security deposit. Thanks to Trip.com and was able to get an early bird rate for this room. For security concerns, the building has security personnels when you enter, CCTVs are working in elevators and specific areas, hostel floor is secured with passcode which can only be opened with guest keycards. Room security doors are also up-to-date or modern. I love it!! Kudos also to Filipina housekeepers for being so approachable, helpful and kind to us during our stay. While the boss is very hands on in reaching out in WeChat for any concerns and also provided guide around the area and tourist attractions. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!! Loved and enjoyed our stay. We already miss the view. See you again next year! 🩷

MMiliusI feel extremely lucky to have found this little gem in Hong Kong. The dorms are extremely well laid out, with plenty of space for the suitcase and personal belongings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. I got there solo, and after a few nights I'm leaving with a bunch of friends. This place certainly has a magical power 😊

EErhuoI felt the high cost of land in Hong Kong, but the room was still warm and clean. From the front desk to the room, everything was very clean. The toilet was also very clean. There was food, drink and entertainment downstairs. It was very convenient right next to the subway entrance! The boss was also very nice. I recommend staying here!

HHor_Weekend hotel prices in Hong Kong can be quite steep, but this place truly stands out as an excellent option within its price range. It's conveniently located right next to Jordan MTR station. The rooms are fairly clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. If you're wondering where to stay in Hong Kong on a weekend or public holiday and have a limited budget, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The two photos below were both taken from my room, which offered a fantastic view.

The location is superb, just in Nathan road and next to metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, free coffee and tea included.
The room is located at 16th floor in a old building and the elevator is usually full of people, sometimes you have to queue to jump in.

GGuest UserI booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

GGuest UserThe location is on the side of Nathan Road in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. I used it for an early morning flight this time, but there is a bus stop to the airport in front of me, which is very convenient. In addition, we use many restaurants if we can make a reservation.

AAnonymous UserSome sections of the hotel are newly renovated, boasting a more contemporary style. However, rooms on the 14th floor and above still retain a 1990s aesthetic. Cleanliness was satisfactory, though the facilities are a bit dated. Comfort levels were acceptable. The surrounding area offers abundant dining options, public transportation is convenient, and Victoria Harbour is within walking distance.
